Had a wonderful time with family. Tour was well organized and we are extremely happy with the service.Starting from inquiry till tour completion everything was handled professionally. Our guide Mr Toufan was very friendly . He was exceptional in terms of timeliness and local knowledge. We will definitely recommend this agency.
I never wrote a review before but this time I'm writing for this company for the good attitude of the driver and fast response of admin.
I booked a 4-days tour with them . The driver is very punctual every morning . We have 11 people in a group. Hence the time we took for each destination is quite long but the driver is very kind to wait extra longer than the scheduled time.
My friend and I don't like tofu since grown-up. To our surprise, the tofu at a humble stall nearby Prabanam tastes very nice. The driver (Riyan) gifted us tofu, as well as the pulut nasi as our breakfast on the next day.
The admin is also very kind to respond when I (as a foreigner) cannot purchase the train ticket to Surabaya online through KAI website. At the end, we purchase the train tickets via Traveloka.
