Jonathon Charles Big & Tall menswear currently have seven big and tall stores across the midlands, south Yorkshire and the north east. Jonathon Charles large size mens clothing provide casual and formal clothing (including mix and match suits), and shoes/trainers forsizes 12, 13, 14 and 15 with a selected range of formal and casual footwear upto size 16 and 17. Our formal large size mens clothing range including large size mens jeans, large size mens trousers, and mix and match suits, starts from 40" waist and goes upto size 72" waist, available in short (29/30" inseam), regular (31" inseam) and long (33/34" inseam) leg lengths. Our casual large size mens clothing for short sleeve shirts, polo shirts and t-shirts includes XXL (46/48" chest), XXXL (50/52" chest) and goes as big as 8/9XL (72/74" chest). Our extra tall sizes for jeans, casual/formal trousers including mix and match trousers all have a standard leg length of 38/39" inseam from waist size 32" upwards. All our large size mix and match suits and jackets are available in extra long sleeve lengths upto size 68" subject to availability. Our extra tall clothing ranges are available in XXL, XXXL and upwards to XXXXLT (4XLT).

NEWCASTLE - Both members of staff were prepared to spend time with us and suggest items. Product knowedge was briliant. We spent well over an hour in store and never felt under any pressure to buy. Came out with two big bags of clothes and enjoyed the experiece. Well done to you both, long may you continue to suggest places to visit in Newcastle, with postcodes, visit could not have been more pleasureable.

Hi, I wanted to purchase a new pair of trousers which I had bought previously from Jonathan Charles. They didn't have my correct leg length in stock so altered a longer pair at 0 cost to me and mailed them out to me.

The Sheffield store of Jonathon Charles is always my first port of call when I need new clothes.
I have been shopping there for over 10 years now and love the quality, fit and choice of clothing and footwear for tall guy's (I'm 6ft 6")
What's really great is how friendly and helpful the staff are and it's great to be served by Paul who is even taller than myself and understands the problems of being bigger and getting clothes that fit and look right.

I live in Nottingham, but use the Leicester Branch of
Jonathon Charles (Mr Big & Mr Tall). Why.....because Lisa is an excellent manager who knows her clients, and goes out of the way to make sure that they are happy with their purchases. Nothing is too much trouble. She is always pleasant and sociable, and leaves you to browse if you so wish. Store nicely laid out and all on one level which is a great asset to me as I am disabled. It also has the advantage of having a disabled parking bay right outside the store. Will continue to use Leicester store for all of the above reasons. Chris
I have used the Nottingham shop for the last few years and been happy with the quality of purchases made. Not the cheapest, by any means, but decent value for money. Most of all, the service received is first class. Few retailers deliver this quality of service. Recommended.
I ordered what I thought was the right size, but the shirts were the larger American size rather than the British or European measure which would normally fit me. I debated briefly before changing the size because of a particular impending event - and obviously had taken the shirts out of the packaging.
The customer service was excellent throughout, by phone and online, the new shirts arrived very promptly and in time - I'm extremely happy with the quality of the product, it was just what I was looking for.
