Scam, be careful

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! The item advertised is not what was sent to me. What I received was neither leather nor was it tan. It was a poor quality PU imitation of the bag in their picture. The whole promotion and items within it are a lie. The bag has been returned TO CHINA at my own cost, but paying this postage felt like a better alternative to me than receiving an incremental refund and keeping an item I felt duped into purchasing. I would rather pay Royal Mail than allow these scam merchants to keep a penny of money I paid them for the bag. I expect a full refund. If I could mark this zero stars I would have gladly done so

SCAM COMPANY, like all of the other reviews, I was led to believe it was a UK based company when in fact the cardigan I paid £39.99 for has come from China and is absolute rubbish, I wouldn’t have paid £5 for it. It bears no resemblance to the one in the advert, totally different colour and the material / wool is cheap and nasty. I have been totally conned! In future I will always check reviews before ordering from any company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I have made a costly mistake and lesson learnt

I am currently in the process of trying to return some shoes, I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering! Looks like after the 3rd email of them offering me to keep the shoes at a reduced price and reading all the comments below I am never going to receive a refund! These scam sites are shocking but looked so genuine, clearly
not in Manchester!

Scam!! Instagram ad showed knitwear, I was sent a piece of printed polyester- now they’re offering discounts to keep the item and not refunding me.

BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook photos of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers!

Saw a leather bag on Pinterest 39.99 what a bargain good quality leather. Checked out the retailer photos of shop in London! Ordered bag THEN read reviews too late! The bag came today but by then I realised I’d been scammed.
The bag is NOT leather it’s cheap plastic rubbish nothing at all as the photos. I can’t even be bothered to send it back to CHINA! Why would Pinterest advertise this? It’s a disgrace

I have given this company one star as I am not allowed to give it zero. This company is a bogus company, I wish I had read the reviews like many others. I do not understand why this company is still allowed to advertise in Pinterest. Shop in Manchester, coming from China. I should have learned a lesson and avoid Pinterest as this is the third time it happens to me. Once with Spanish company and twice with a Chinese one

Please never order from this or any site displaying the same clothing under different English shops !
It is a SCAM £39.99 for a terrible 100% awful price of knitwear that bears no resemblance to the advertised one .
This is a Chinese site that is non existent when ypu try and get return instructions!!
It now says 14 days and ypu have to post it to China!!
I have spoken to several people and ypu have to accept ypu have been scammed why can’t trading standards get these crooks ?

I wish had seen previous reviews on this site before I made my purchase.
I purchased hoodie @ £34.99 it arrived and it is a cheap product. Nothing as described. I have purchased better from Temu. This Jones Company gives you the impression they are in London. They Have ignored my emails. Will be contacting trading standards.

I ordered my cardigan/Jacket, if took abt 3wks to arrive.
Unfortunately for me, it was too small.
I posted item bk to the UK address,which they provided,cost £6.00 to do so.
Proof of posting from the Post Office which clearly showed their postal code and address.
I when contacted them by email provided, a few days later, together with proof of postage.
It transpires it needed to go 1st class which has a tracking number.
They offer to send another larger jacket, but it would cost me a further £12.50.
I declined and ask for a refund, they said that they are unable to trace the jacket, without a tracking order number and the proof of posting was insufficient to enable them to refund my £40.00.
So buyer be warned,returns have to be first class postage, which will be more than £6.00.
I'm Pensioner and £46.00 worse off now and no jacket.
Customer service nil and good will unheard off.

Like many others I’m annoyed at not reading the reviews first because if I had I wouldn’t have lost £62.
The company website is Manchester UK they have a 14 day cooling off period & 30 day money back guarantee HOWEVER don’t be fooled into believing this. I received the items which I saw from Pinterest and they are horrific nothing like what they advertised so I asked for a refund it’s like dealing with a politician they have 1 million answers as to why you should not return the clothes including CO2 emissions if they care so much then they are clearly in the wrong business.
Was claiming to be in Manchester, they appear to be in China. They only respond once a day and then that’s to guilt trip you into keeping the clothes because of CO2 emissions they don’t EVER give out details on how to return despite my pleas for over a week. They are clearly running down the clock so my 14 days disappear I’ve never known such BS such long winded emails which never actually provide the information I need. I’ve told them 4 times now I want a refund over 4 different days and they are exhausting to deal with. I’m reporting to Pinterest, Trading standards and anyone else who I can.
£60 down and so frustrating so do yourself a huge favour and don’t want your time or money.

Below one star! A complete scam can’t believe I fell for it. Cheap and wrong size now asking for £12.50 to exchange. Is there a way of getting money back? Or reporting them?

Parcel arrived weeks after I had ordered, jacket looked nothing like the picture I'd seen, never again will I buy anything off pintrest, cheep Chinese crap, pintrest need to be more on it with these scammers. I bought from lily& rose too from pinterest at the same time double whammy but I've learned my lesson
NEVER again...pls take care when ordering off pintrest with all these scam fake companies that reckon there based in London they have fake reviews!

Like others... delivery took a long time and when the goods arrived they were nothing like that pictured. The perils of online shopping from unknown markets. Lesson learned. I hope others check products and their origin more carefully than I did!

I take it you have no intention of giving refunds,surely this is not how to run a business,there are no good words about your company online and it won't be long before people stop using you and you will regret selling things under false pretences,people work hard for their money and what your doing isn't right,surely the way to run a successful business is to get people to come back and use you again but obviously your happy to just rob people and don't care,well what goes around comes around I'm sure one day you will get your karma!

Didn’t check reviews as it looked based in the Uk and said returns were not a problem. Ha! Bought some green clogs and CCC (cheap Chinese crap) turned up. All the usual scammy letters of 15%0 off later and glad I’m only £30 down. I’m certainly not spending £25 to send them back and I’m sure that’s what they’re counting on.
Lesson learned: don’t get sucked in by pretty pictures on Pinterest.

The jumper I received wasn’t of a good quality and the sizing is definitely not correct I’m so cross with myself for not reading the reviews before I brought it I thought Pinterest vetted their advertisers but obviously not DO NOT BY FROM THIS WEBSITE
