DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They have no integrity and appear to be a UK based business ( not to be confused with the UK Jones the Bootmaker!) They are in fact based in China. They offer a 15% refund and take the rest based on logistic company’s cost for shipping. Their products are cheap and nothing like they appear online. Do not waste your money and fall victim to their business tactics.

Please don’t buy from this company!
The boots are absolutely disgustingly made with glue showing on the sides, stinking of plastic and soles & heels that don’t match the colour of the cheap material the boots are made of. Then they refuse to refund you, unless you pay to send them back to China at your expense! Alternatively you keep the horrendous boots (for gardening (but probably not fit for that either)) and get a 20% refund that you have sort out with PayPal or your bank yourself, as in their words “ We will no longer handle after-sales issues for this order. Please understand.”
Basically please learn from other people mistakes- stay far far away from this company!

Terrible scam company ordered 2 pairs of boots both totally wrong boots . Only wanting to give 15 % refund for their mistake . Then want to make it as difficult as possible and expensive as possible to return even though it's free returns just so you can't to get refund . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Boots advertised at £59.99 reduced for Black Friday to £18.88 with free delivery and free returns. I ordered them in chocolate brown and tan but when they arrived they were very poor quality. I requested a return label but was told I could have a 10% refund and pay to have them shipped back to China at my own expense. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal and they refunded it straight away. I would actively advise everyone to avoid this company as they are a total scam

AVOID this company had to right off my complaint and money back . They don’t send the boots youve ordered shame on you hopefully they will get shut down asap !!!!!!!!!!!!

The boots I ordered were not the same as I received, I ordered boots with zips the ones that turned up were pull on boots and were soo tight I could not get any part of my foot in! Company offered 15% refund or I could send them back to China at my own expense...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered the knee high stretch boots for wider calves ,,, its taken over a month to arrive and there is absolutely NO stretch in them at all .
Im so sick of being conned by sites . These looked so good in the advert but they are nothing like . This is false advertising.
I have emailed them to request a way to return them and get my money back,, but I dont have much hope really . These sites should be closed down . DONT BUY FROM THEM

This is a TOTAL SCAM,
Ordered 5 pairs of shoes, they sent the wrong size for every one of them.
No way of refunding unless you part for return to an address in China (the address is a general shipping point- dont use it)
They offer 20% max refund and tell you to keep the products.
The shoes are poor quality, nothing about this is worth your money

I mistakenly ordered 2 more pairs before the first order arrived again a total disaster despite my requesting zips in the boot which they totally ignored boots arrived no zip and not stretch. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Wrong size boot sent and no help in returning whatsoever. Just offered a 5% refund. Complete joke!!!

Bought 3 pairs of knee high boots. Awful, no stretch, despite the advert showing they stretch. Really cheaply made. Paid over £50 for 3 pairs. Feel like a fool. Scam. Don’t fall for the FB advert showing these boots, worst things I’ve ever bought and shipped from China NOT a uk business.

I am still waiting for my boots,money was taken from bank 12th November 2025 .No contact to say boots are coming.I wish I had read reviews before ordering .Do not order from this company ,take money but no sign of boots .

Bought two pairs of boots. Both pairs were the wrong boots, both the wrong colour and both wrong size.
Refused to give me a refund, only 20%. Wanted me to pay postage to china.
Will report them to my credit card to see if I can get my money back. 😡

The boot turned up, not as advertised. They were cheap material, a horrid smell to them and when they advertised as stretch, they never even got over my ankle and they were knee high boots.
They do not respond to emails

A disaster from start to finish.I only gave it one star because I had to. Boots arrived and the poorest quality. To return them you will get one email a day from them until you agree in a settlement which I got two. You can return the boots to china at your own expense. I got a 30% refund. £3 . So on willing to help in any way. They don't even read your emails all AI generated. I wish I read the reviews on here before wasting my money. Hopefully you won't do the same . Stay well away from them , rubbish products and even more rubbish service.
