Easily the best moving experience I have had. The booking process was a breeze and Rosie was brilliant and thoughtful. On the actual day, the movers were friendly, quick and careful and made the whole day stress free. Great value for money and now my removal company of choice; would highly recommend for any move no matter how big or small. Thank you!

Jonesmoves helped my girlfriend and I move across London about a week ago. What could've been an extremely stressful experience was made a breeze by the hard work of the two movers who helped us. The guys were super professional, friendly, and fast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'm sure we'll be using them again in the future.

All i can say is the guys were excellent from there punctuation and timing everything was on point
Everything was treated as fragile and all my stuff arrived undamged and accounted for

This is the 4th or 5th time we have used Jones Moves, I don’t think there are any movers out there better than these guys. Our previous moves we did the packing but for the first time we chose the pack and move service. It was a COMPLETELY stress free move and now I’ll never do the packing myself again. They are so professional and so efficient and of course Rosie is amazing at Co-ordinating everything. Thank you so so much, we will see you all at our next house move. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

JonesMoves were recommended to us by friends who moved nearby and that itself is hard to come by. Everyone remembers movers that they DON'T want to use. But these guys were AWESOME! Professional, efficient and fast! We will DEFINITELY be using these guys again!

I would give these guys six stars if I could. The service they provided was simply outstanding. They were punctual, patient, and efficient. They packed my entire two-bed cottage, drove to my new property 20 kilometres up north, and moved everything into my smaller apartment with a tiny door, lift, and staircase all in two days. Can’t recommend them enough and would absolutely use them again!

Moving is very stressful, so help is always an advantage. I honestly would recommend booking Jones removal company to others. The service was outstanding, very responsive to queries and emails. On the actual day of the move the team arrived and we’re prompt and professional, taking care of our processions. It really did take a huge stress out of the move.

I was referred to Jones through a friend who recommended them really highly. I made contact and Rosie always came back to me really quickly with all my queries when booking and seemed so knowledgable regarding everything!

On the day of the move, Three guys from Jones turned up to move me out of my first floor flat with a stop-off on the way. As a single female it was really important to be able to trust these men in my home and they were just wonderful right from the start. They were quick, polite and just a real pleasure on a stressful day. They took so much time and care over everything I really can’t fault them in any way. And the best thing-lowest price I was quoted! If anyone is looking for removals these are 100% the people to go with.

A fantastic removal company, with great service and communication from start to finish! We had a stressful last minute completion and Rosie was so helpful in accommodating us. Everything was packed up for us quickly and with care before our moving day. On the moving day the guys worked so hard and were so patient in putting all our furniture back together. Jones Moves were brilliant to deal with. The guys did a fab job with a smile! (even our most delicate of glasses that break just by looking at them arrived safely wrapped in one piece- I was amazed!). Rosie went over the top to be accommodating when we nearly didn't receive keys last minute for new flat.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with the team who helped me move. They were on time, securely packed every item into their ample sized moving truck, and traveled half the country. No broken items, no scuffs on the walls, just solid heavy-lifting work done with no queries or concerns. Lovely guys.

The team were super helpful from start to finish! Great communication from Rosie in the office, flexibility on payment options with everything very clearly explained and laid out. Can't recommend enough!
Had these guys this morning and honestly very impressed with the service. Everything was super easy, from making the booking with Rosie to the getting everything into storage. The guys were efficient, showed up exactly when they said they would, got everything into the van in about an hour, including breaking down a massive bed and wrapping all the glass. We will definitely be using them again for when we find somewhere to move into. If you're looking for a stress free move, these are your guys!
