Rosie and the team are amazing!
Rosie dealt with all my date changes and on the day the team arrived promptly and took care of everything, the process was stress free. I can’t recommend Jones Moves enough.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the guys who did my job today.

It was the easiest move I’ve ever done - they were early, not phased by the amount of stuff to move, unbelievably quick, and allowed myself and boyfriend to leave them to it - both loading and unloading. They were absolutely superb!

Needed a removal company to move belongings from a 1 bed flat to a 3 bed house. Was able to sort everything out via email and price was much cheaper than elsewhere.

Our move with Jones Moves was seamless. From the moment I requested my quote the office was helpful, professional and personal. I felt like I was emailing a real person at the other end - not an automated bot! The quote was specific to my needs, and fair. Replies were prompt and everything was organised in great time. The actual move was really easy, three guys took care of absolutely everything in very quick time, they were very nice and friendly and all our furniture was moved without a problem or incident. All in all a great service, I would definitely recommend Jones Moves and will be using them again in the future.

The Jonesmoves team were amazing. Rosie was so helpful as our dates changed a few times; she was able to help us with a last minute schedule change and really did remove all of the stress of actually moving. The team turned up at about half 8 and were so efficient; everything packed up and into the storage containers within a matter of hours. I couldn't have been more pleased with how it went.

Our experience was so good that we've asked for their service again when we move from storage into our new house in a few weeks. Would highly recommend!

I've used these guys to move 3 times now because they're just that good. They are prompt work hard and more importantly know their stuff. They take care with your stuff are magic in terms of spacial awareness (organised our storage unit for us to maximise use of space and negotiated the best room type rate for us to boot!) When we heard they were doing their own storage units, we signed up sharpish. They won't let you down!!

After searching for a long time to find a good reliable removal company, I drove past a Jones moves van and quickly looked them up, and soon booked. I have nothing but praise for this company, from booking with Rosie to delivery. The 3 guys were right on time, polite , friendly and made a sad day just that little bit easier for me.
They cleared my entire 2nd floor flat (no lift) in a hour, protected my mattress with a cover, nothing was broken even though I had my things in bags.
I definitely will recommend Jones moves to anyone who needs their service.
I will be using them in the near future.

We recently moved from London to Brighton and we couldn't have been happier with Jonesmoves service. Dealing with Rosie was easy and straightforward since our first contact: she was very helpful, understanding and patient with all my queries. On the day of the move the guys were all you could ask for from a removal company: they were polite, respectful and very careful with our belongings as we expected from a family run business. Definitely a company that can be trusted and recommended.

These guys were phenomenal! Cant rate highly enough. Really quick, efficient, timely and very helpful. Moved from a first floor with no lift, to a 5th floor with a lift guys were careful as not to scratch walls or damage my items. Would definitely recommend without a doubt, keeping on my list for my next move.

From beginning to end, the whole crew was excellent. They were very professional and also helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely concerned about how I was during the stressful time of moving. The office was super efficient and the guys packed everything up meticulously.
