Good ones:

- Bike packaging and transportation felt safe. The carton only had some marks or intrusions from transportation but it caused no damage to the bike itself.
- Relatively easy to reach Jonito, either by email or phone.
- While the bike was on transition to me from Jonito, Jonito reduced the price on the same bike model. After equest from my side to reimburse the price difference my order was changed by Jonito to reflect the new price without any trouble. It's good Jonito were flexible enough to be able to provide this solution instead of me having to send back the bicycle and reorder it as it saved unecessary needed effort from both sides.

Not so good ones.

- It took a long time to get the reimbursement. Apparantly because Jonito doesn't have a efficient process for handling a situation dealing with price reductions and reimbursements after purchase.
- My bike had some minor paint scuffs/chips near the bottombracket area. I believe this comes from a dropped chain after adjusting/setting the shifters before the bike was shipped to me.
- After testing out the bike I noticed that the derailleurs are not well adjusted. Some work was needed from my side to readjust them.

Really good price for a bike. Service is responsive. Service proposed method of payments that was able to suite to my situation. Service proposed discount for scratch on a bike.
From payment for a bike till delivery to Poland took about 3 weeks in my case.

Great communication and reasonably fast delivery to Spain. Very happy with the bike.

Well packaged, shipped quickly and the price was great! I have no complaints. The cost of shipping to Switzerland was well explained, including all the customs and fees, which is not common. I would not hesitate to buy a bike on Jonito again!

Easy shopping, quick delivery and great prices..

Unbeatable prices - superb.
But the money was taken from my account 7 days before the bike was shipped out from Jonito.
Actually due to the consumption law the money only can be withdrawn, after the goods have been handed over to the freight company or to the customer. It made me a little insecure.

Everytjinh was fine. Stem has been send very fast, well packed. Perfect order.

Ordered a Giant TCR advanced pro 1, it was priced reasonably including shipping, I was a little hesitant about spending this amount on a bike online, but it arrived perfect. They were very helpful about any questions I had.

Excelent shipping, bike arrived assembled, clean and serviced. Looks like they kept in mind my questiion about size and they get my height just about right :)
Shipping took around one week to Czech Republic.

I got the bike a few days ago.
It looks like it was packed and pre-set up perfectly.
My only negative remark that it didn't arrive as quickly as I expected. It was available on the website but shipping took about a month.
Otherwise I am very pleased with the service and the quick and competent response to my questions via email. Therefore, I rate the company with the maximum 5 stars. :)

Excellent service. The bike arrived assembled, just added the pedals, light and adjust the steering wheel. Also very good protection during transport.

Ordered Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0 at very good price. Took some time to get in stock but got monthly updates from Jonito. They responded promptly to my emails. When bike arrived it was fully assembled in very large box. I just put pedals on and adjusted saddle height. Overall great service

Good response time and swift delivery.
Bike was backed so that it was really easy to setup.

Only minus is that the dropper seatpost was installed a bit too tight so the hydraulics would not raise the seat all the way up.

This was easily fixed.

The only company able to order for me a Liv Langma racing bike size XXS. It took a while but was well worth the wait!! Well done.
