The RTP on this site is way off, the minute you up your stake at all the bonus rounds just stop. I’ve tried and tested it, i played on the site daily, but i’ve noticed this more and more recently. Tonight i played for 4 hours, bonus rounds were frequent, some small some a good amount, i then upped my stake and not another single bonus round came. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid unless you want to lose your money.

Great RTP and bonuses! I played for a long time and I even won some money but then lost it. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the time spent there. You should try it!

I didn’t want to give any stars to be honest. I joined this casino and deposited from my PayPal account that has my business name linked to it. I had a win so I made a withdrawal of £100 back to my PayPal account only to receive an email saying that because I have used a 3rd party account my casino account, any balance and any withdrawals have been confiscated and that I needed an active bank account to do this, I wasn’t even promoted to enter any bank details on opening the account. They let me deposit from said 3rd party account but won’t let me withdraw to said 3rd party account. They have stolen my money that I won fair and square. I am now in touch with the gambling commission and letting them deal with it.

Jonny jackpot is a scam!!! I won $600.00 from them 3 months ago and still haven’t seen a penny of it! They keep telling me to send in bank statements, which I do, then the pictures don’t show all four corners, so I send them again showing all four corners. Then it’s that I am missing the first page, which I wasn’t because the first page has the bank affiliated stamp on it!! There is just always an excuse!! And every time I have to send something else in, it takes them 2 days to respond!! It is a scam and I will not put any more of my money into their scamming site!!! Stay away from Jonny jackpot!!!!

This is one of my preferred casinos. They put a lot of effort into crafting offers that are right for me, and their support staff are amazing and friendly. I also really enjoy how easy the site is to navigate, and the fact that they have new games every week. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoy playing on Jonny Jackpot. The games are all on the first screen and I can filter different types of games from there. Love the selection, all have Live Casino dealer games which is fun. Graphics could be updated but otherwsie I would recommend for sure.

Worst site I have been on major delays on pay outs I have still not got mine over 10 days later and I’m pretty sure the help line is operated by a chimp

I would first like apologise for my previous review there was issue with my bank so I didn't think yous had paid out but in the end you actually paid 3 working days later fantastic site first deposit of £10 I bank £400

As somebody else commented, beware of the ‘loss limit’ issue. I didn’t know anything about this, made a deposit and got a few spins into the game and a pop up says that I’ve reached my ‘loss limit’ - doesn’t mention this before you deposit though funnily enough.

I spoke to an advisor as I hadn’t even deposited what the ‘loss limit’ was, turns out it’s across the partner site too (Johnny Jackpot and CaptainSpins). Apparently it resets after 28 days, so I was stuck with £18.50 in my account that I couldn’t spend and couldn’t withdraw as below the limit.

Didn’t particularly like the advisor’s attitude either when I asked about withdrawing my funds and closing the account.

Shame as I initially had a good experience with this site but will go elsewhere now.

The worst site I have ever played on. Awful customer service, and a ridiculous wait time for withdrawals when there is big companies who can process in 2 hours, it's almost like they cant be bothered so just let it sit there. App is painfully slow constantly have to log in and out just to play a game. Self excluded for 5 years so never have to play on that massive pile of crap ever again. AVOID!!

Johnnys has surprised me as they dont have many reviews and thought the site may be hard to play on and withdraw ect. I must say its one of the best sites ive played on good selection of games and easy to withdraw winnings! down side is a little wait for winnings to be processed would recommend johnnnys 9/10

The site is great and lots of games, but getting your winnings is a whole other story.

Request winnings standard email 72hrs before they look at request.
They will require every piece of identification you can think of to make it difficult and delaying you to get your cash or winnings this takes 48hrs.
There is no contact number!
There email to send documents bounce back as not valid or broken url email. Not known
It's bad enough you risk your cash gambling and when you win there is no joy only hate for there stupid requests. Avoid better, online trusted casinos.

Players with all casino's please be wary of the bonus requirements.
Prior to making a new deposit with Jonny Jackpot, I had got some free spins as part of a bonus. I won $40 plus, played it down, but left about $1 before I made a new deposit . I made a new deposit and got a $5 X 35 bonus with the new deposit. However because I didn't play down the $1 before my new deposit, I was privvy to all the old wagering requirements. Before I could pull anything out, instead of the requirements being 35X5, it ended up being over $1800. Doesn't seem fair, would have played the $1 for more realistic wagering.

I really love playing at Jonny Jackpot, there are great offers and promos each week, and any issues I've had have been fixed really quickly by customer team. Really recommend.
