Great well made products! I ordered the GottaGo toilet. It shipped quickly. I had a little confusion with the ordering (my fault) and the customer service was absolutely stellar.

As last time I ordered an item, I received a very good service from Joolca. I received my item very quickly, had a good response from support. I thank you very much and will recommend you as a good company.

The customer support is top notch. No issues at all. I explained what was happening and they told me what to check. It wasn't long before I had a new part for my GottaGo. You can't as for anything more.

What a great company. The product is excellent and honestly, better than I expected. There is literally no smell, and the toilet is well made and functions perfectly. Their customer service is raising the bar, delivery was fast, tracking emails were spot on and the communication was stellar. No, I'm not being compensated for this review, it's just an awesome company.

I am very pleased with the products and customer service of the Joolca team.
This past year I purchased a double shower tent (with changing area) and was so excited to start using it. Had one lovely shower up at the off grid property and when we returned for the next trip, found that a tree limb had come down and broken a pole of the tent. Luckily the nylon body wasnt damaged.
It didn’t occur to me for a while to contact the company but when i did they were very helpful, and even though i had neglected to take a photo or video of the damage they agreed to replace the pole structure as it was still under warranty. I am very relieved and impressed! Thank you Joolca for providing me with many more hot showers on my off grid property!

Swapped my Hot Tap Essential for the upgraded Nomad model—return was effortless, response was fast, and the new unit works perfectly. My wife’s already planning the next Joolca haul… I might be in trouble. 😂

Very prompt service concerning an accessory part damaged in transit! Good company and good products.

We made a mistake when we ordered out GOTTAGO portable toilet. We took the chemical one but after analyzing our needs and the kind of trip we usually do we figured that the compostable one was way more appropriate for us. So I wrote an email to Joolca team and they answered me within 30 minutes. They proposed a solution at my advantage and everything was solved in less then 1 hour. They were so helpful and efficient, I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was. And what to say about the product ….. very high quality, works super good! We highly recommend the gottago toilet. We look foward to buy more products with Joolca.

The Customer Service Department at Joolca really is exceptional. They are very sympathetic with one's issues, but also strive hard to solve them. Even though it's mostly done by email, it feels very personal, and most important effective. Good job, Joolca!

Communication regarding all aspects of ordering and delivery were excellent. Needed support upon delivery and the response of their support team equally excellent. The product itself is high quality. Great customer service. I had a quick response from them. We are really happy with our eco toilet.

I contacted Joolca CA in advance to explain that I wanted their assurances that I would receive a potential order all at once. I explained that if I had to wait for multiple items to be in stock, I would hold off ordering until everything was in stock as I wanted to hastily go on a fishing trip. After being assured that everything would be in stock on specific date I made my order. Every item that I ordered was shipped individually and I’m still waiting on items. I feel that Joolca is more concerned about their bottom line than with customer satisfaction. Not happy camper.

I first contacted support because I had purchased my joolca in December and I was just now setting it up, and the customer service representative was very knowledgeable and very quick to respond to me. I was able to send them a short video to see my setup and they at that point realized that I had my flow wrong. It was a quick fix and I am now enjoying my joolca. I have recommended this product to many of my friends and now they are also enjoying the joolca experience.

We had an excellent customer service, we contacted them to get a replacement kit for our Joolca toilet, and without question ask they sent us the kit that we received within 3 days. We are so happy with this toilet, it is awesome product.

We purchased the Joolca HOTTAP Nomad Kit to use for a Glampsite we are developing on our farm property. The unit was surprisingly easy to set up and operate, much simpler than we expected. It's quick to heat up and comes with several hoses and adapters/splitters allowing for a variety of setup situation...ideal for our application.

In my opinion, a great product is only half the battle. If you really want to capture my attention you need to back it up with great customer service... something that has seriously gone down the drain for most companies. Not Joolca. We realized we had forgotten to order the Power Adapter for plugging the unit into wall power and our site design would also require a longer output/shower hose. We contacted customer service and got fast, (warm day... actually within an hour), response that was polite, professional, personable and most of all...helpful! We had the parts we needed within a week. We couldn't be happier.

My experience with the joolca customer support was exceptional. They replied almost instantly and my issue, which wasnt even caused by joolca was resolved immediately and the part was shipped right away and reached me very quickly. Im a very happy camper and customer ;)
