I purchased the HOTTtap nomad and the Gottago toliet, because I am an avid off-roader and camper and many of the locations I go to do not have showers or toilets. I am extremely pleased not only with the function and quality of my hottap and toilet, but the customer service I received when I needed a couple extra liquid cassettes for my Gotta go toilet that are not on the site for purchase. Within 15 mins of the inquire, I had 2 cassettes on the way! Customer service means so much to me and let me tell you, Incredible customer service, incredible products, and incredible company.

I can’t say enough positive things about Joolca’s customer service. I had an issue with an item I purchased and customer service was so quick respond to my emails, run me through some trouble shooting, and the ship out a replacement item. There were no games, having or check in to get a status update (because it was taken care of so quickly) or being passed to multiple reps and reexamining what the issue was.

My wife and I absolutely 💕 the GottaGo portable toilet from Joolca!!! We go camping a lot in a 10ft travel trailer with no plumbing. This toilet is extremely easy to setup and use. We love that the urine flows into a container separate from any 💩. I emailed customer service to see if we could buy a second container. Marleen was quick to reply and gave me a quote. I purchased online and within a week had it delivered. Afterwards Zephorah reached out to make sure everything was perfect! Joolca is an awesome company selling unique and inventive needed items at a reasonable price. Their Customer Service is very friendly and knowledgeable showing that they truly care about their products and customers. My wife and I are happy Joolca product customers.

Joolca is amazing! Their customer service is top notch. I purchased the ensuite mounted single. Didn't realize that with the high winds, the metal bar would protruded through. I contacted joolca right away and explained what happened. They sent a replacement part right away. I love my ensuite single! Will definitely purchase the nomad soon!

I received my unit as advertised, but initially had some problems, getting the unit to light off and heat the water. Customer service was spot on. Quick, responsive and thorough. With expert guidance we found that a faulty propane canister purchased locally was the problem and not the Joolca 2. My unit now performs flawlessly, heats the water quickly and provides more than enough flow for a good shower.
After a few adjustments I have the flame set in the lower quarter of the intensity range and the water flow at well under half which seems to be exactly right for us. Now we control the unit with the on off switch on the shower head. I have really enjoyed working with the Joolca team and I would most assuredly purchase from Joolca again in the future.

Joocla and the support team is amazing, quick to respond and very quick to send replacement parts or unit if necessary. I use there for work, and play, and I will always use this company for future use. Marleen was very kind n helpful for the situation I didn’t understand. She figured it out with her team and got me back on my toilet 😝😝😝👌👌👌👌👌👌😎😆🧼🧼

Great great customer service. I've had two issues with the gottago... Both have been resolved literally immediately even on a Sunday. They replaced parts and got them sent to me the next day. I was one of the early adopters so not upset with the issues expected it in a V1. Also works much better than my chemical toilet doesn't stink at all and maintenance is way easier.

Joolca offers some amazing products. I started off with the complete Hottap line up, and was so blown away with it and how much nicer it made my long fishing and prospecting trips in the back country, that I decided to pre order the Hottub to go along with it. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of the water ports in the tub after it's second use. I reached out to Joolca, and within a couple of days, my issue was completely resolved. It was one of the most pleasant and helpful customer service experiences I've ever had. My new tub was here within a week, and I've had several great soaks in it already.

Amazing products and a company that stands behind them. I'll be a customer for life.

And by the way, I'm 6'9", and I fit in the hottub with plenty enough room to share it with my 5'7" girlfriend. So if you're on the fence about if the tub is roomy enough for you, trust me, it is.

Had a corner piece break during one of our last adventures with the privacy tent. When we got back from the trip, I contacted the customer care team and they were able to get the tent warrantied and sent out to the house within a few days. Joolca customer care was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Being an off grid camper having a hot shower is a game changer. After a 2 year break I sat up camp and my shower refused to work after exhausting all Joolca self help videos I reached out to Joolca support. They asked for a short video and resolved the issue immediately a case of the blue lines on the wrong side of the pump. Excellent product and Excellent support I’d give 10 stars if possible. A big shout out to Jack and Adrian from Joolca support. My holiday would’ve been ruined. Thank you

My wife is amazed by the “Gottago”! Never thought she’d be comfortable “doing what bears do in the woods”. High tech, and extremely well made, I really appreciate the height of the unit.

Customer service response to my having dropped a part into a disgusting “pit” toilet, was amazing! Totally my fault, they had the part on the way within minutes (literally) of starting a chat. Even better…they covered MY mistake under warranty! This is like Nordstrom level customer service!!!

I have been working in the tech support space for 15+ years so I when I interact with support regarding questions/issues with companies I do business with, I pay attention. You can tell a lot about a company by how you are treated when you have an issue. My support case with Joolca was excellent! Top notch in fact! I explained what the issue was (bad zipper on the Joolca cover) and the rep explained to me that they'd seen that issue before. All I had to do was start a warranty claim and before I knew it, I had a new cover. I didn't even have a receipt for the Joolca as the Joolca came with the camper I bought. So they accepted my receipt from the camper. In less than four days, start to finish, I had a new cover at my door. Vandjo, Fred, and the team were excellent to work with! I was researching other kitchen and shower items as I will be spending a lot of time on the road coming up. After this experience, I will be buying all my supplies from Joolca without question. Thank you for the great job!!

Products are high quality. Customer service is outstanding. I've never dealt with a company to respond and resolve warranty issues as fast as joolca.

Their customer service people are the best I have ever dealt with. We had to return our GottaGo as our situation changed. They immediately issued a much appreciated full refund. I dealt with several people and all were accommodating, friendly and prompt. I would feel at ease buying any product from them in the future.

Five Stars – Perfect Toilet for Van Life!

The Joolca “Gotta Go Toilet” met—and honestly exceeded—my expectations. I’ve used it while traveling in my van and it’s been a total game-changer. It’s compact yet comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly easy to set up and clean. You can tell a lot of care went into its engineering—everything just works smoothly, which is rare with portable toilets.

What really impressed me beyond the product itself was the customer service. Joolca’s team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers’ experiences. That level of support makes a big difference, especially when you’re relying on gear while on the road.

We had our Joolca water pump fail during a two-week camping trip, which was definitely frustrating. However, what really stood out was Joolca’s outstanding customer service. Even though our pump was technically out of warranty, they responded quickly and sent us a replacement pump free of charge.

It’s rare to see companies go the extra mile like this, and it speaks volumes about how much Joolca values their customers. More customer service departments could learn a thing or two from how they treat their loyal users. Thanks again, Joolca – you’ve earned a long-term customer!

I bought a gotta go about a year ago. Earlier this month (July 2025) me and 4 of my friends did a few days in the back country of Colorado. Decided it would be nice to have the gotta go for a couple of friends that don't really like to rough it much. We settled on a nice view of the reservoir we were camped above and I found myself "taking care of business" while watching a family of eagles fish the reservoir! Talk about a memory!
Upon getting back to civilization, I noticed that one of the seat softeners (little black foot) had gone missing. Contacted customer support, they said they had a production run that less than optimal glue had been used and they had a full replacement set headed my way and waiting on me when I got back home. Easy fix and ready to go again! Highly recommend this product for all you back country adventures!

Pumps keep failing even with only extracting clean water from home. Customer service is impossible to speak or email directly with a representative. Just got a new pump and it doesn't work straight out of the box. I did enjoy the system the first year but my last 2 vacations it has been a failure. I even have a 2 room joolca shower tent I've never been able to use due to pump failure.
