Birthday bonus a joke

Got an email about a special birthday gift. It was 5 free spins on a low-paying slot with huge wagering. Honestly felt a bit insulting considering how much I’ve lost here.

Identity check via phone

They actually called me and asked personal questions to verify identity instead of using documents only. I found that very uncomfortable, especially at work.

Bonus opt-out ignored

I unchecked the "receive bonuses" box during registration because I hate wagering. A week later I got forced free spins that locked up my balance again. Had to argue to get them removed. Respect my choice please.

Confusing bonus calendar

They have this monthly calendar with daily bonuses, but half the days require weird promo codes or minimum bets from the previous day. I tried following it and just ended up confused and slightly annoyed.

Thought it was my lucky night

I hit a nice win on a new slot, almost 200x, got excited, tried to withdraw, and boom, locked because I hadn’t finished some weird wagering I didn’t even notice. Apparently every free spin has tiny print rules. Killed the mood completely.

RTP info hidden in tiny print

It’s possible to find theoretical payout percentages, but only after opening separate PDFs for each game provider. Why not show it clearly next to the slot? Feels like they’d rather you don’t look too closely.

Stuck bonus trap

The welcome bonus looks okay until you read the wagering. I played for two evenings trying to clear it, almost did, then they limited my max bet and my remaining spins barely counted. They know exactly what they’re doing.
