Pleasantly surprised by the quality. Items were better than photos indicated

So glad I have found Joseph Turner. I have now made separate orders. First 2 No Polo Shirts, 2nd 2 No Pique Cotton 1/4 zip sweat shirts. Both products are excellent quality, fare price. I even received a bonus £5.00 voucher for my first purchase. Both orders arrived, promptly, very carefully wrapped, so could wear straight away ( no awful creases etc). Sizing just as advertised and colours too. Customer service is excellent, my query was answered almost instantly. A really good company. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Having received a Joseph Turner catalogue through the post I bought a pair of Orca Bay shoes from them which were discounted. The shoes arrived promptly and are fantastic. Their website is easy to use and I am super impressed by this company; I will be keeping their catalogue !

Telephoned JT to ask a question about the leg length of a pair of trousers which had just been delivered to me, expecting to be spoken to by a computer. Instead, my call was answered, very quickly, by a lady who went the extra mile to help me, telephoning me back several times to give me an update on my order. A good outcome and thank you to the JT staff for their help.
