customer service is terrible

I have previously ordered from this store, never had an issue, I was sent the wrong tree, Having sent three emails and not one has been answered, sadly this is the last purchase I will make, customer service is shocking. Only buy if you are happy with a different item arriving and exchanging it or getting a refund is not going to happen. Good luck!

We traveled from Exeter today after…

We traveled from Exeter today after coming across the Instagram account. We visited the outlet store first and was so impressed we went to the main store in Biddeford town. Spent to much money in both stores. The staff were very friendly in the outlet and telling us that they won a award in London. You could tell she was proud to work for Josie. The staff at the other store were very busy lots of boxes to unpack gorgeous Christmas decorations. Will definitely be telling my hone account friends about this find.

Disgusting customer service

I have sung the praises of this company for a good while now. If all is satisfactory and there is not a problem with an item, then great. However, when you have a grievance ie. need an item replacing then thing are very different! When you speak to them on the phone , you think from the telephone manner that all is wonderful.
You get told the replacement item will be sent straight away and be with you in a couple of days….. doesn’t happen.
You send endless emails….. no reply!
You phone the deliveries phone number….. no one answers! You phone the shop….. the book gets passed. Then behold, you speak to the person you first dealt with who tells you it has been sent and a tracking number will be messaged…. No message! No replacement. I have even hit them on Instagram comments… comment gets removed.
In short, the customer service is appalling.
If they can’t deal with there loyal customers in decent manner , then they don’t deserve custom.
Be warned.

Very happy

Discovered this fab little home retailer on Instagram, such a great find. So many beautiful pieces to choose from. I purchased fab Christmas baubles & hanging decorations, it’s never too early to shop Christmas Decor. Checkout was easy with immediate confirmation of my order. Communication fab with updates throughout delivery. My order was packaged very well with lots of protective wrapped around each individual piece. I would definitely recommend this retailer.

Don't buy online!!

I purchased two large pots online after following the Instagram page for quite a while. They arrived well packaged but with no outer "Fragile" warning, unfortunately one pot was smashed to bits. I took photos and emailed to let them know what had happened with no reply. I found another email address and DM'd through Instagram but had no response. Desperate, I decided to comment directly on one of their Insta posts which finally gained a response. Apparently all the emails are down and the DM wasn't seen?! I sent the photos again and offered to go to the shop to collect the replacement in person as I am visiting family near the shop soon. No response or any further contact but I did receive a replacement a few days later.
On the whole a pretty poor experience, the customer service is virtually non existent, I'm not sure if it's a case of being overwhelmed or just couldn't give a toss but I wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you can visit in person.

Absolutely APPALLING customer service

Absolutely APPALLING customer service.
My partner placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order (Paid for next day delivery).
Every message we’ve sent, has had an automated reply, apart from one saying they don’t know where our order is and offered no further help than that...
The tracking number we were given doesn’t work and the courier company (DX) claims it is not a valid tracking number.

They can’t reply to my messages, yet put out daily Facebook posts of HOW GREAT things are.
We thought opening a dispute with PayPal may kick them into action, but nothing...
Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time!
