Love my Jot coffee! Not only does it make great hot or iced coffee but it is quick and easy to make with various flavors to choose from.

Jot is a wonderful company. They have super products and fantastic customer service. I am so happy with my membership with this company and look forward to many more years of great coffee and superior service.

Jot has given me great customer service since I started buying it several years ago. Their personnel respond quickly when I've sent an email with a question or concern, thoughtfully taking care of it.
I've never had a problem with the delivery of their product, either. The cardboard boxes are easily opened and easily recycled, although they are so cute you'll want to reuse them for gift packaging or storage. There's always at least one Jot bottle on my windowsill with a 1- or 3-stem small flower, in water or dried.
As for the coffee, it's the best of the concentrates. Smooth, no bitterness, and useful in recipes. Because of that strong coffee flavor it's almost like an extract. Would be fabulous for mixed drinks, too.

I love the taste and convenience of the Jot coffees. I'm not wasting a pot of coffee when I decide I only want one cup. The flavors are delicious. I particularly enjoy the seasonal blends and bold brew. Plus I add the vanilla flavored coffee to each cup for flavor.

Fast shipping and delicious coffee. I actually use it to add to my cup of pod-brewed coffee. Makes all the difference in the world!

They are amazing!!!!! Always great coffee flavors!!! Anytime I have an issue they are right on top of it and fix it right away!!! Great customer service!!!!

This coffee is simply the best. So easy to prepare a cup or two or three, hot or cold. The various flavors are delightful. I love the ultra, spring seasonal, mocha, caramel and cinnamon dolce. Yes, I spend more for this coffee but it is worth it.

I love the coffee quality and how well it's shipped every time. The coffee flavors are amazing and I look forward to each new one that comes out to try. It's so easy to make and I love lattes so each day I can choose my own flavor! Amazing!

The coffee is delicious, there's no aftertaste or weird chemical taste, and no sweeteners like bottled coffees. I love having an iced coffee in the mornings and this is perfect and much cheaper than going to a coffee shop every day. The customer service is great.

Jot is amazing! Been a subscriber for a couple years now and I don't think I'll ever go back to another coffee option on the daily. Also, the customer service team is always quick to help. I usually get an answer within the day! Love it! Thank you Jot!

Extremely nonexistent customer service. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. The subscription tab will not work for you, and when you reach out to their customer service, no one will respond. This just feels like a con to charge you multiple times.

Really superb customer service, and I really enjoy the their concentrate, it actually tastes like quality coffee, it is even bright and fruity (well the summer version atleast, haven't dug into the original yet) - I was only expecting to try the trial, as I have done with a competitor, but went ahead and purchased a few more bottles which I will use at work.

I waited so long to try this company, and I loved it! The coffee has that tangy thing to it, and it doesn't seem to be very strong, but that's alright with me. I wish they had a decaf or half caf concentrate option. (some of us want coffee at night but not the caffeine ;) ) I had a big problem contacting them, something they should work on as I could only manage to eventually contact them via social medias. Other than that, I love the idea of (attempting) to save money by making my cold brew at home and not having to remember to make the coffee myself...I often forget!
