They made a mistake with my order twice…
They made a mistake with my order twice by providing the incorrect address to DHL which ended up with my packages being returned to them, despite the fact that I quadruple checked that the delivery information I provided them was correct. They refuse to take accountability for their faulty backend system and they're charging me a 8 EUR refund fee for the return even though the mistake is clearly on their end.
The customer service agents seem to have issues with reading comprehension and take days to deliver a completely useless answer from which it's obvious that they haven't even read my email properly. Really frustrating

I never received the curtains even…
I never received the curtains even though it has been over 10 days since ordering them. When I try to check my account, it won't take my password and also won't send me an e-mail to actually reset it.

Incredible design at a fair price!
Incredible design at a fair price and superb, best-in-class packaging that does not allow any damage to occur. Very quick handling and shipment if in stock. Top customer service - friendly, fast, informative.
Just beware that if the parcel is delivered to a pickup point instead, it can be very bulky and heavy to carry it home and it may not even fit in a regular car. The packaging itself can easily weigh 1/3 of the total package weight. I also don't like that you call it free shipping but then add a 45 Euro 'administration fee' if it's large parcels and a large order. Obviously that's the shipping fee. Also returns 'fully' have to be paid for (45 Euros) so be sure with whatever you buy.
EDIT: Thank you for your reply. This could have been the case but is not always the case. If it gets late or something else is affecting the route, the delivery worker may decide to bring parcels to a pick-up point. Depending on the size of the package, the parcel may not be delivered to a neighbour or brought to a pick-up point close by. In our case, parcels were brought to two different pick-up points without a known reason despite us being at home all day. For quite an expensive 'administration fee' one would expect a guaranteed delivery to the apartment door. The Rhenus delivery service for large goods has so far worked very smoothly. If you are a customer ordering a large sofa, just make sure that the size of the package fits in a possible elevator or through the stairwell and do tip the workers.
