Great products, quality and service.

Bought a Asta down gilet, Sunnan soft shell shorts and a merino Sinni beanie in the sale. All are excellent items, really well made and designed and perform great. The gilet is warm and lightweight, quite long in the body which is good. Inside pocket useful. Softshell shorts have loads of stretch and good adjustment at waist. Good cargo pockets too. Beanie looks neat and offers lightweight breathable warmth. Great service too and quick delivery. Maybe postage could have been free if spending over £100. Definitely highly recommended.

Good service after having to return a item

I'm not a mountaineer but I like long walks across fields and hills in the rain. Midgard jacket is perfect for the job, just roomy enough with good details. I'm delighted, it's what I'd hoped and good value.

I have several Jottnar items and all top quality. The speed of delivery has been spot-on.
Yes, the gear is slightly on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for and for me the value and longevity of the gear out ways the cost.
Jottnar is my go to for out door gear and as long as they keep doing what they are doing will be for a long time to come!!

The original order was lost in transit by the courier. Not a problem for Jottnar, having run out of the item I ordered, they simply replaced it with this seasons updated gillet at no extra cost. No messing about, just spot on customer service
