The worst servicing ever experienced at any dealership :(

If I could give these folks negative stars I would. I took my Jeep in for a couple recall services and it was a comedy of errors from the get go:
- they needed the vehicle for close to a full day to inspect it to ensure it needed the recall work done but would not provide a loaner car while they had it. They covered the cost of an uber one way but we had to pay to get back there to pick it up. Why they needed it as long as they did is a mystery.
- they needed the vehicle for a second time to do the recall servicing, so a second day where we lost the use of it for close to a full day, and again no offer of a loaner car.
- When they released the vehicle after the work had been done there were several problems:
-- there was grease all over the inside of the drivers door and steering wheel,
--the check engine light came on while driving home so I had to turn around and go back. They confirmed that the techs had not connected a sensor connector properly. Once it was the check engine light cleared.
--they reinstalled a rubber piece above the brake booster incorrectly. My husband had to take it off and install it properly. Had it been left as they did it, the rubber would have been damaged.
--they pulled another trim piece off and didn't reinstall that correctly either. You could tell it was out of alignment as soon as you walked up to the drivers door. I asked if that was an access point for the work and was told no, but it clearly was.
--they forgot to put the engine cover back on. We didn't notice this right away so they had this piece sitting around their shop for a couple days. You would think that they would wonder why they had an extra part and reach out, but they didn't.
-an arrangement was made for them to pick the vehicle up, take it to the service area to put the engine cover on and check on the misaligned trim and detail the vehicle as compensation for the numerous errors.
--the person picking the vehicle up was 40 minutes late. I ended up driving him back to the dealership because I was concerned that the late start would keep me from getting the Jeep back when I needed it.
--they did the detailing but missed the entire cargo area of the Jeep.
-the service manager sent one quick email apologizing for the mistakes and offered a free oil change but when he had the chance to come talk to me at the dealership during the detailing, he opted to stay away. Seems odd as any decent manager should want to chat with the person instead of hide from them. No call, no in person chat, just a small email.

I do NOT recommend this dealership for any service work. Needless to say I will not take them up on the free oil change because I'm pretty sure they would mess that up too.
