I bought the Journey OEB990 Collapsible Electric Travel Bass Guitar. It is the worst guitar I have ever bought. The holes in the string retainer did not match the slots in the nut. As a result, the strings hung up. The spring holding the neck in place fell off. I am amazed that this guitar went out the door without Journey noticing the flaws.
I ordered a Journey Puddle Jumper from Journey Instruments. The purchasing experience was fantastic. They were very quick to respond to all my questions. Unfortunately Australia Post was not so great with the delivery. I emailed Drew and he was very responsive in his follow-up and quickly despatched another guitar. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. Very happy with the travel guitar, excellent product. Look forward to buying from them again.
