wrong size and no answer

The fridge was not the size they advertised yet they refused to take it back on their own costs and also just didnt answer to emails and then said "its too late now".

Interesting how they say out and inner measures were confused whereas it was centimeters bigger as described!

The refrigerator you received matches the dimensions stated on our website. It’s possible that the interior measurements were confused with the exterior dimensions, which are always clearly listed in the product description. Whenever a mistake is made on our end, we naturally cover the return costs however, in this situation, the product and listing were correct.

We treat every customer equally and according to the same clear policy, which ensures fairness for everyone. Nonetheless, we regret that this caused disappointment and hope this clarification helps to explain the situation.

I purchased a refrigerator advertised…

I purchased a refrigerator advertised as A++ energy class, but it arrived with multiple visible damages and turned out to be energy class E. When I requested a return, they refused because I had opened the package. Later, they even offered me a laughably small amount of money to change or remove my review. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Refuse to refund

We returned the Ice Machine in time using their post label. After sending the article, we recieved an email:

"We hebben jouw retourzending met ordernummer ontvangen .

Je retour zal worden gecontroleerd, als deze voldoet aan onze retourvoorwaarden wordt je aankoopbedrag binnen 14 werkdagen teruggestort door ''STRIPE''. We vragen je geduldig de verwerking van je retour af te wachten.

Met vriendelijke groeten,
JouwTech"

Weeks after, no money has been received. Contact them again, they said, they have not received the article and asked me to provide: a clear proof of delivery from the post point, The complete track & trace code, a complete and readable purchase invoice. I sent them the Tracking code, the mail above, together with the invoice, ... as it was sent using their post label, it should be fine. But they keep saying that the documents are incomplete without further explanation.

Go away from this shop if you can.

In uw geval hebben wij herhaaldelijk gevraagd om een duidelijke en sluitende bewijsvoering van de retourzending – zoals een afleverbewijs of een scan bij het inleverpunt met tijdstip en locatie, naast de track & trace. Helaas bleek deze informatie onvolledig of niet leesbaar, waardoor wij het proces tot op heden niet konden afronden.

Aangezien uw retour met een verzendlabel van ons is verstuurd, willen wij dit uiteraard samen oplossen, zodra de juiste documentatie volledig binnen is.

We kunnen op basis van deze recensie echter niet herleiden om welke bestelling of klant het precies gaat, omdat er geen ordernummer of naam bij staat. Daarom vragen wij u vriendelijk om direct contact met ons op te nemen via klacht@jouwklimaatkast.nl zodat we dit alsnog persoonlijk en zorgvuldig kunnen afronden.

SCAM! Products are used (our product had mould, was broken and dirty

Products are used! Don't buy here, you will never receive your money back, they will not accept returns. It's SCAM! We ordered an American fridge. After a week of delay (their warehouse management is messy). We received a fridge with a broken power plug, moulded water dispenser, dirty inside and outside, smells bad, had a thea bag in it. JUST DON'T DO IT!

We vinden het vervelend dat u ontevreden bent. Wel willen we graag duidelijk stellen dat u bij bestelling hebt gekozen voor een sterk afgeprijsd retourproduct, waarbij optische schade en gebruikssporen standaard voorkomen. Dit wordt op onze website en tijdens het bestelproces duidelijk vermeld.

De koelkast is geleverd met korting juist omdat het product eerder retour is geweest – en in sommige gevallen bijvoorbeeld kort is getest of niet volledig gereinigd door de vorige gebruiker. Dit zijn geen onbekende situaties bij tweede-kans producten en vallen binnen de verwachte staat.

U heeft nooit binnen het wettelijke retourtermijn gereageerd via het retourportaal, waardoor een terugbetaling inmiddels ook wettelijk niet meer mogelijk is. Wel hebben wij u een kosteloze reparatie of een passende oplossing aangeboden, maar daar is helaas geen gebruik van gemaakt.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Re-post after my review was removed:

I bought an ice maker on June 23, 2024, and got delivered on June 25 defective - the chassis was bent out of shape in several places with signs of wear.

After I expressed that I was not interested in a defective product and a lengthy argument with the company suggesting I bend the chassis back into place or hit it to snap the pieces together I finally received a return label. The package was sent back on the same day as I got the return label, June 27 and confirmed delivered by PostNL on July 1, 2024.

Since then I have not received a single cent, as supposedly the package never made it to their warehouse, but the company never bothered to follow up with me and only after I followed up myself in August 2024 with the owner, being borderline disrespectful saying “I write long emails and he doesn’t have time to read them and reply” when I tried everything to find a resolution, he made me contact PostNL to seek updates, while he was supposed to do it, being the business managing this shipment. He tried implying that I am responsible for the shipment AFTER I’ve submitted it to PostNL as well. Which is against the consumer law, stating that I'm only responsible for the package until the handoff to the carrier with a confirmation of postage, which I provided.

After PostNL told me that it has to be him to follow up, he promised to “investigate” in August 2024, he stopped responding to my messages.

The company responded to my previous review that got removed and asked to reach out to "resolve the issue". I tried contacting the company on 12/03/2025 after their initial comment to this review, but with no response, and they’re trying to imply “I rEfUseD to ColLaBoRaTe”.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Definitely a place not to shop, defective products are sold

They sell products by writing only visual defects in the content on the website without taking any photos of the defects and without mentioning them, the photos that are posted are completely original and good photos of the product. They wrap the product in a bag and send it, no protective or original container is provided, anything could have happened while the cargo was arriving. Despite the fact that it is defective and faulty, despite us stating it with photos and writing two days later, after nearly 30 emails, they say that the product has passed the return period and they will not accept it, although we wrote that we do not want this product on the second day, we also have emails.
They are very rude, they do not answer their phones, they are not solution-oriented in any way. We are left with a huge machine because they did not accept the defective product. We will go to the consumer court, do not buy it

Excellent service and unbeatable discounts!

Bad products that have mold inside

scam by saying controlled product and send a dirty one ( with stains all over )
Purchased a USED Ice cube machine on 10th of August Received the item on 13th of August Item is too dirty from inside and have broken part returned the item on 15th of August delivered to the seller on 16th of August 22nd of August, did receive the shipment back with a sticker on top from the seller Seller rejected the return saying that the item is used hence it will not be returned for a refund although I did buy a used item in the first place! plus the item was really too dirty to be used when I did receive it (had red stains inside the refrigerating part!!!!) will not recommend TBH

10/10 update

I actually did send a mail explaining how the appliance drop mold from water container when pushing water button, and i never got a reply back!

Bait and switch!! Update 18/06/2024

Bought a product, it arrived in a beat up box and the contents was used.
They advertised it as NEW!!
After switching it on it it obviously was not a new Dyson!
I contacted them for a refund and they said NO because I turned the fan on!??
Update..!
Today:18 June,
I finally got someone on the company chat on their website.
His/Her response to my question on the above issue was " Because of my one star review we will not help you anymore"
Help me? they never helped me!
They refused to accept the return!!
I will keep posting here and other sites until they correct this issue!!

As you can see from the sellers response claining hygiene issues this is untrue. Turning on the fan and finding out it is used is a hygiene issue for me!
The used filters are dirty and full of dust from the previous owner.
My advise it to steer clear of this company and

You have purchased a new product from us. This product has filters and is therefore classified as a hygienic product. As a result, we can no longer return the product if it has already been connected or used by you.

The product itself was delivered to you brand new. However, the box has been replaced by Dyson itself, which means we can offer these products for 30% cheaper than other providers. The product also includes a 1-year warranty from Dyson itself.

We are very sorry for you, but we cannot return a used product. If you still need assistance installing your product, you can always contact our customer service.

Customers are of course also welcome in our showroom to first view the Dysons.

Door damaged with bumps

The fridge came damaged with bumps on the door.
They didn't bell to let us know they where outside, they just put the fridge in front of the window
