When i started with Jove two years ago…
When i started with Jove two years ago then contact was terrible. Now they change system and contact was nice and easy 👍
No tax number is included on the invoice.
I gave all the business data and expected the tax number to be printed on the invoice as it is the most important attribute, but there is my registration number and now I need to sending additional statements to the responsible agencies when applying it.

1 star purely down to zero customer service, zero reply to a referred quote, constant messages to continue quote though Iv contacted Jove using both contact and complaints email,
My issue is this I completed every step of the policy as per the easy application but the very last part for GIT ask to confirm your truck is under 7.5t but mine is 7.5t so it referred it to the underwriters “ relax nothing to do now Jove will be in contact with you in 48hrs” it’s now been a week
My understanding as Iv got insurance and I wanted Jove purely for the easy of Shipley is A+ rated insurance and motor trade all set limiters to and including 7.5t vehicles for purpose of vehicle recovery - transport
So by then putting the disclaimer at the end of the quote and not getting back to me is frustrating especially as they bombard you with Multiple emails to continue your quote but cannot due to the referral …
Bet you replay to this quicker then 48hrs
Ps I can’t even give you a reference as you not supply one for referred just has my name on it .

Too much spam
Purchasing the insurance is simple, but between requesting a quote and deciding if i want to purchase this insurance or not i received over 30 emails pressuring me to buy the insurance. Tone the spam down a bit. If your services are well priced, people will choose your services over others.

Michael Ore extended excellent customer service explaining the process to get my new Jove policy activated, so I could start using the Shiply hub to quote on transports. Jove had competitive rates which was lower than adding the same coverage with my Progressive policy!
This company is a fraud and scam
This company is a fraud and scam. I emailed all customer service and Mario too. No response. I requested cancellation weeks before next payment due, and still was charged. Shiply still offer insurance partnership with a scam, unprofessional, fraud company. I will be seeking authority on how to get my refund and legal action. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely appalling. Didn't reply to me for a week and had no access to documents. then when started threaten for refund decided to start replying but by then was already frustrated. instead of giving full refund charged me a £5 admin fee for them not replying to me. Shocking absolute scam.
The documents were sent over 2 weeks late! Appalling stop giving excuses and do better

Here for your money, then gone.
Had a great experience. Very simple. Communication was great. Had me set up in an hour and ready to go. Fast forward a month and I needed more coverage for a new client. It was then "call you tomorrow" then "it'll be done Monday" and "should be good by end of week". I waited patiently until my client didnt. At that time I purchased a new policy and emailed Jove to cancel my policy. 3 weeks later I get a missed payment notice. No communication. A week after that my "agent" calls to see what's up. I explain the cancelation to him and he says no problem. 2 weeks again, I've been charged another month. Still no response from the 3 customer service emails I've sent to cancel. One big down payment and then they dissappear in your life. I can't imagine actually having to handle a claim with them. 100% DO NOT spend your money here. As an after note, I was reached out to AFTER I left this review. Not when I emailed them several times. But only after a bad review. My one payment has been refunded but the hopes given to me for the reimbursement or my funds in part by my agent have now been turned against me in their review reply. Still very unsatisfied.
