Resolved Issue Quickly

I ordered multi USB plug with SD stick for my Cybertruck so I could have my dash camera record to the SD card and Jowua made a mistake and sent me the adaptor without the SD card. I sent them a message and promptly sent me an SD card. They communicated well and resolved the issue. I would purchase from them again.

Pick Jowua over the others

I’m using the Jowua wireless phone charger in my Tesla Model Y Launch Edition, and overall I’m extremely impressed.

After several months of use, my original charger unexpectedly stopped working. These things happen with electronics, but what really stood out was Jowua’s customer service. Their team responded quickly, was professional, and sent me a brand new replacement charger without any hassle. That kind of support says a lot about a company.

While waiting for the replacement, I tried using a MagBak charger as a temporary solution. It worked, but once my new Jowua charger arrived and I installed it again, the difference was obvious.

The Jowua charger is hands down the better option. What sets it apart is the mobility and flexibility. The adjustability makes positioning the phone much easier, and it fits more naturally in the Model Y’s layout. The MagBak felt more rigid and a bit awkward with my slim case, while the Jowua design is far more versatile and user-friendly.

Bottom line:
Great design, excellent functionality, and top-notch customer service. That combination is why I’m sticking with Jowua.

Highly recommend for Tesla Model Y owners looking for a reliable and flexible charging solution.

Missing parts from a premium pack. I've been going back and fourth with service email for two weeks now. They have been terrible, they keep blaming the courier and even me.. telling me they did pack the product when it clearly wasn't and I have photo evidence.

It's an expensive product, I couldn't even review it because it didn't get sent.

Great product combined with an skilled engineering team

When I contacted Jowua, I was experiencing an issue that was affecting my ability to charge my car at fast-charging stations in my country. This problem affected several EV owners, and no solution could be found for months.

Thanks to Jowua's team, their customer service, and their skilled engineers, I was able to get a solution from them.

It wasn't a straightforward process, and it required constant communication, trial, and error. In the end, they managed to develop a new version of their CCS1 to CSS2 adapter that is fully capable and compatible with the newest charging stations, which implements the latest standards and protocols.

This was a significant achievement, resolving a long-standing and highly technical issue.

THANKS AGAIN, JOWUA TEAM!

I had a repeating problem with a delivery not going through properly. I first heard about jowua from my best friend months ago, he drives 3highland. While I drive model Y.

At first i was skeptical on buying sth from abroad as it usually comes with unknown extra tax and vat.

However, jowua nailed it all. I dont need to pay any extra tax and vat. All included at final check out already. Easy buy, and with 4 years warrantee. Man! this is great!

To my other freinds out there, here is how I buy.

Very easy and simple! Just place whatever accessories you want in the cart (also they offers active CS in Line/whatsapp, i had some questions about items whether it fits my model or not, I asked and they simply answered in minutes!)

Add some coupon to get special deal and then add my address and hoora! Just place the ordered.

So easy and simple, and they deliver with beautiful package right in-front of my home!! Could not ask for more. 🤣. Easy process as purchasing from shoppee and lazada. Love it love it 😊

PERFECT

Within 1 week of my order, I had products at my door! Only tesla accessory shop that gets products to me that quickly (I've waited a month+ for other companies.

The products? Top notch, I ordered 2 of everything (one for wife, 1 for me) and they products are perfect with all orders.

Well done innovating unique solutions for accessories: the undertray for the screen is genius!

Everything was very easy to install, so they engineered things to be easy for all users.

Avoid Jowua at All Costs

Avoid Jowua at All Costs – Shady, Dishonest, and Borderline Fraudulent

If you're considering buying from Jowua, don’t. I placed an order (Order #33114) for Tesla accessories and never received anything. What followed was a masterclass in customer service incompetence, refusal to accept responsibility, and potentially illegal behavior under federal consumer protection law.

Jowua claimed the item was “delivered” and sent a photo of a random house that is absolutely not mine. I live in Lawrence, Indiana. The address I entered at checkout was 100% correct. I checked with neighbors, reviewed security footage, and even contacted UPS directly — they confirmed I, as the recipient, could not file a claim and that the shipper (Jowua) had to do so.

Instead of doing the right thing, Jowua tried to shake me down for an extra $10 to resend a package I never received. That’s illegal. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act (15 U.S. Code § 1666) and FTC policy, a seller cannot demand more money for goods the customer never received. Period.

When I cited the law and demanded either a free replacement or a full refund, Jowua doubled down and refused. They insisted I had changed delivery instructions (I hadn’t), that they “fulfilled their obligation” (they didn’t), and then stopped responding entirely.

Let me be clear:

I paid in full.

I never got the product.

They tried to charge me again.

They have not issued a refund.

They’ve ghosted me since April 2nd.

This is not a one-off mistake. This is systemic negligence and possibly intentional fraud. If a company can't ensure basic delivery or respect federal law, they should not be operating.

That said, I’d love to reconsider and amend this review if Jowua chooses to do the right thing and issue the refund I’m owed. I gave them every opportunity to make it right privately.

If they fail to respond to my latest emails within 48 hours, I will be taking this public across Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), and even YouTube to warn others. I will be showing receipts, emails, and the full paper trail. People deserve to know how this company treats paying customers.

This customer had an unfortunate experience buying from us. This is not the norm, as shown by the 3rd-party product reviews on our site or feedback on social media.

But to set the record straight, this customer did change the delivery instructions while the shipment was en route, to a "no signature needed" option. When customers do this, which we definitely do not recommend, UPS/Fedex waive their risk and put it on the customer. This is because anything can happen when no signature is needed, such as porch pirates or an incorrect delivery, with no recourse.

Both the customer and us had no immediate luck tracking down the package with UPS. Again, they are not helpful for shipments where "no signature is required" is the selection. We asked UPS to review the case.

We told the customer we were waiting for UPS's review, and in the meantime, we offered to ship a new one for a small fee (from abroad) if they couldn't wait for UPS's decision, eventually offering to ship locally in the US at no charge.

They were not happy with this, so we proceeded with the full refund. This has been processed.

Suggesting intentional fraud is an unfortunate thing to say. We have a delivery picture, from UPS, which we shared. Do they think UPS is working together with us on fraud and delivering to wrong addresses purposely?

For potential future shoppers, some suggestions from our side:
- Do not choose the "no signature required" option when shopping online, from us or any shop. It's convenient, but anything could happen, and UPS may not be helpful here.
- At first, assume that sellers are, in fact, trying to assist and, if you've done your homework, a legitimate business. We always start with the assumption our customers have the best intentions in mind.
- When dealing with customer service, it isn't helpful to make threats of legal action or reaching out to the Trump administration. If you do that, we have to consult our legal team for every response after that, which really slows us down.

Again, we regret this customer had a bad experience from us. We will do our best to shorten the process for orders that go missing in the future. Our team has all reviewed this case and we've changed some processes internally so we can be better next time.

I ordered their phone magnet case…

I ordered their phone magnet case compatible to their car mount for Tesla model y. Upon opening it, my wife found out the material of the case itself was slippery. I emailed customer support asking for a free shipping label return label. Their response was that I had to pay for shipment to return the item. This was a small item, yet they were not willing to give me a free return label. As much as I love their products, their customer service is not so great.

I've purchased from Jowua several times and always been very pleased. The Tesla accessory market is way oversaturated and it's hard to find a good seller. Had one little issue, Jowua was quick to rectify for me. Overall good experiences.

I keep going back to them!

Gen1 M3
First bought phone mount/charger and USB hub. Both are awesome! Phone mount is super strong attachment, and with a very clever tightening bolt for the holder. Light on the USB hub is likewise nice to have.

Followed up with purchase of trunk/frunk mats, cool light bars, and cup liners. Trunk mat was disturbingly bent from shipping, but two weeks on now has smoothed and is fantastic. This is the only liner I've found for trunk that gives seamless access to lower trunk.

There's always a little surprise add-in to their products, like a key card niche on the cupholder! I couldn't be more pleased with their stuff.
