Is it a genuine company?

Is it a genuine company?
I'm not so sure. It is Zero Stars really. I ordered a pair of Yonex Shoes for £110 and they added £38 Shipping Cost, which happens to be more than double the cost of sending a similar item the opposite way. So, I paid £148 by Credit Card...next thing they sent me an Invoice for £18.64 towards Shipping Cost!!! I wrote to help@support, told them that they were charging twice for Shipping, they didn't want to know, didn't understand their own website or Invoices and simply continued to demand the additional payment with no explanation. I requested my query be escalated, they refused, repeatedly, just kept demanding the additional payment. I requested it be treated as a formal complaint...NOTHING. Order cancelled. Any outfit that doesn't understand it's own systems must ring alarm bells.
