Product Quality not what was on Web Site

The Product I received is no where near the quality of material depicted in the picture on their website. Much Cheaper, thinner material, fit together well. Just not what was represented. No bother sending back, as order was shipped 6-12 and arrived 7-16. Yes that is over a month. I was told please be patient, if you are not the one waiting after paying for it.
I wish I could leave pictures showing the quality difference.

So going back and forth with Joybos, their biggest concern is me removing this review. Got an offer of $8 and now $12. No mention of the fraud shipping a different product than showing on web site. They don't even care. Read their emails..

Dangerous and Unsafe Products, Utmost Customer Service Failures

I am extremely disappointed and angry with Joybos. Not only their product arrived several weeks late but also has caused serious harm to my cats and created a dangerous situation in my home. The chemical powder found inside the product upon opening is highly hazardous—my pets ingested or came into contact with it, resulting in health issues that required urgent veterinary attention.

Due to the safety risk, building management had no choice but to discard the product, as it posed a danger to everyone in the building. It was left waiting for Joybos.com to arrange a pickup and return, but this never happened. Instead, they kept arguing about sending a label, and I had to coordinate with UPS, which refused to pick it up because the label provided was not specific enough. Despite exchanging over 54 emails with this negligent company, they have done nothing but respond with robotic, unhelpful replies, showing no understanding or concern for the severity of the situation. Their lack of proper instructions, failure to organize a proper pickup, and blatant disregard for customer safety are unacceptable.

This company is cheap, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. Their product caused skin rashes, and their inaction has left us to deal with the aftermath. It’s evident they prioritize profits over safety and customer well-being. I strongly advise against purchasing from Joybos—unless you want to risk endangering your pets, your health, and your peace of mind.

This experience has been a nightmare, and I will continue to warn others about their hazardous products, their failure to stand behind their items, and their shady, unfair practices.

Initial Evidence Review: You provided us with two photos to show a few powdery substances. But the photos previously provided by you showed powdery substances on the ground, but we were unable to identify their source or confirm a connection to our products. To investigate further, we requested images of the powder on the product itself several times, but we never received more photos from you. Unfortunately, without these photos, we couldn’t verify that the issue stemmed from our items.

Product Safety Assurance: We confirm our company has never manufactured any harmful powdery substances. Based on our assessment, the powder shown does not originate from our company.

Our Efforts to Resolve:

We offered a prepaid return label for a full refund upon receipt of the items (at no cost to you), but the return hasn’t been completed.

As an alternative, we proposed sending a brand-new 6-layer storage box, inspected for quality before shipment. This was also declined.

Moving Forward:
Per our policies on the website, a full refund requires either:
Physical return of the original item(s), or Photo evidence clearly showing the product problem.

Avoid at all costs

My experience with JoyBos has been absolutely dreadful. I ordered the Joybos® 6 Tier Upgrade Large Metal Kitchen Pantry Storage Cabinet F118, and upon opening the package, I discovered rat droppings all over the contents. Not only did I have the difficult task of carrying this heavy package multiple times to dispose of it, but it also caused significant issues with my building management. As a result of the contamination, my building authorities had to discard the entire package.

Furthermore, JoyBos’s responses to my concerns have been completely unrelated to the severity of the issue. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I will be escalating it to health authorities and the relevant fraud departments.

This has been a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Great Product and Customer Service!

JOYBOS’ Trash Can with Lid Automatic Garbage Can, 3.8 Gallon has been a game changer for our family. When our trashcan lid broke at the hinges, we were eager to contact their Customer Service to get it replaced. Bad vs Worse

Bad, bad company. No way to contact them. Their phone number rings 4 times and drops. Poor customer service. If ypu email them, you might be lucky if someone gets back to you. Ot took me a while to finally get an address to return an item. The address was in China and the post office was charging me $81.70 dollars to send back to the package. Really? Crazy.

You are charged in American Dollars, shipped through the U S A and charged duty and tariffs to get into Canada.
The product is absolute garbage.

Dodgy Seller

I bought a storage cabinet in Mid-December 2024 for $330. The sellers website displayed "expediated Delivery" due to Christmas. So I was hopeful that I will receive the item soon. Well the item arrived in February after countless emails to the seller. BUT this was just the start of the offal experience I was having. The item arrived damaged. I emailed the seller countless times for a refund. The seller only offered $80 and told me to the keep the cabinet. I refused. The seller never bother responding to me again. So I went to Paypal who advised me that I can get the refund if I return the item. I was costing me more to send the item back so I told them that it was not possible and as per the consumer protection laws, the seller was responsible for this. However, Paypal advised that they cannot refund unless the item was send back.
All in all, horrible experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE SELLER. They are very dishonest.

Scam site, fake contact info, and fraudulent charges

Purchased a mop and a broom from this company two weeks ago. They sent a fake tracking number which was the first red flag. Reached out to their customer service over email and was told not to worry about it. That fake tracking number never updated so we called the phone number on their website which went to a disconnected phone number, we reached out over chat, which they claim is available 24/7 and never received any response. And no more responses to emails either. Within two weeks there was a $700 charge to a fake gaming company. This site is 100% a scam and should be reported to the FTC. Do not trust a single review that is left for them and do not under any circumstances give them your credit card information.
