There is something I need help to understand here.

How can your key arrive late and you worry about it never coming when the game does release at 11/10-2024 at 00:00 utc and you got the key at 10/10-2024 at 23.23 utc?

Hope you can help me understand how that can turn out in a 2 star rating, a worry about a late delivery and not getting the key at all.
I do see that you did post this review 11/10-2024 at 03:27 so that is even way after both key assignment and release date of the game.

I had a bad experience with Jybuggy

I ha pre-ordered DragonBall sparking zero, at it was said to release the 08-10-24 at 00:00 but I was told Bandai will send the codes at 01:00 an hour after "official" release, but at 01:05 I contacted support about it and all I got was an AI chat bot telling me it can be delayed and I would be notified via email, an hour went by and I contacted support again and same AI chat bot told be to be have patience and it could be delayed and I closed it down and then I checked agian after 2 more hours it was in my games but didn't get an email notification as I was told

This game has 3 days early access and delaying it with 4 hours is unacceptable

I advise people to not order anything through this website. I saw the positive reviews and thought I would be fine, but boy was I wrong. At the time of writing this, the whole world is enjoying the early access of Dragon ball Sparking! Zero, except for me. Why? Because I do not have my key yet for the ultimate edition I bought. My order still says I should have received it on the estimated time of an hour ago. Why do other people who bought keys from similar websites already have theirs? That means the keys are already being distributed to these websites. Yet Joybuggy has not given out theirs. I have seen other people on twitter also complaining about this. So, TLDR: avoid this website. I do not care that other people had better experiences than me. I am currently having the worst experience I have ever had with a key seller like this. Completely ruined my night.

My first order didnt went as planed

So I wanted to pre-order a game with early access. I bought the game 20 minutes before EA release, but the key never arrived. Now why am I giving 5 start, simply because the support was great, someone instantly helped me, and they tried to figure out what happened and why I still haven't received my key (Never got the key not even 12 hours later). In the end, I was offered to wait until the key arrives, or I could refund it. In the end I learned that it wasn't even their fault and people give them 1 stars for that even tho they try everything in their power to make their customers happy.

Great experience with the store

Knew JoyBuggy through IsThereAnyDeal, which only lists sites that sells keys directly from the publisher.
I have pre ordered one game and purchased another, and overall everything went smoothly (i got the key on the one I purchased, the pre order will be later)

Great support as well, some doubts I had got cleared and was fast, too :)

Definitely recommend buying games here!

Quick and Easy

I was a bit skeptical at first, but then I read the reviews here. I saw that they even try to contact people that had a bad experience with their service to try to resolve their problems.

It was pretty easy to buy the game, the payment goes through stripe and you instantly get your code. All in all, everything was great.

Misleading Pricing

Claimed a $31 SGD price for a game, however it charged me $44 SGD once I redeemed the code and the charge went through. What a scummy practice to show that lower price even though it's in my local currency and region so I can claim it locally via the code

Nice & Quick.

It was nice and quick.

However, having fees for PayPal payments is a big no-no, especially as it is my preferred way to pay. Still, I used another method of payment, so it was not all that bad. It may be that the PayPal fees are beyond the store's control.
