Highly recommended

Very satisfied with customer support and resolution. Got a refund even though chat staff resolved our problems.
Ok, so my BF and I bought 2 keys for Far Cry 5, and run into 2 problems. First, I could not buy it as a gift for him to be gifted, then after it got resolved I could not buy for myself because the web site thought I already bought it for myself. Turns out the 1.st issue was due to website glitch, and 2.nd issue due to us having both computers on a wireless connection, so the web site saw that as 1 computer.
Chat support reacted within 5 minutes, and resolved both issues within 20 minutes.
AND GAVE US A REFUND FOR 1 GAME even though we did not ask for it.

Here's how they put it: "We at JoyBuggy care more about joy of our customers than we do about profit"

And I believe them. This was our 1.st ever purchase, will certainly not be the last. Highly recommended.

Again, sorry about the issues, we did face.
We also found out the issue was not based on the computeres, but mostly based on a issue with the script to Ubisoft. It has been fixed, so we won't face the same issue again.

Deceptive prices

Deceptive prices, even if they appear low you will find additional commissions for "handling", a subtle way to make you pay the cost of the payment method. I will never buy here again, sorry.

The additional commissions are no other then simple payment fee collected by PayPal, and due to the high fee cost from PayPal, we have to send it on to still earn on our games.
PayPal is the ONLY service where we collect fees on. You can chose from this other services 100% free : Credit Card, Sofort, iDEAL, Klarna, giropay, eps and multiple others, without fee.

Im not sure why we deserve a 2 star rating, based on you being unhappy with the fees on PayPal, with this multitude other options to pick form.

I do hope you did like our instant delivery, simple checkout and good range of payment options, and special our "almost" 24/7 live chat and mail support. Even as you reviewed us with a 2 star.

Never received game and order was silently cancelled.

I purchased a game at night and the code never became available in my account. I waited until the next day where the order was silently removed from my account and cancelled with zero communication or explanation.

Edit: Also thanks to you for cancelling my order before contacting me on mail. I tried to contact on live chat last night when the get code button didn't work but it said to try later as there was nobody to talk to. As no customer service was available, how were you "ready to help our customers".

In reference to the payment, it was listed as payment accepted under my order before it was removed, and was actually accepted by my bank and listed in my pending transactions as all of my purchases do.

Further edit: I am not using this as a support platform. I do not require support. You let me down and so I purchased elsewhere, and have accordingly left a review. I attempted to use your live chat last night which told me to try later which was no use.

Update: Joybuggy have attempted to have the review removed after asking to have the review verified with a view to removing it. I have supplied Trustpilot with the required documentation to confirm my experience. Hopefully they can move on from this.

On 23/9 we send a mail to the customer we think did publish this review, and we did submit a request here on Trustpilot to get the user submitted this review to provide information about him. We still haven't got an reply from the customer, and the user here, did not provide Trustpilot with a responce.

On the 20/09 we did close down the site to release our newest updated system, it did give us some issues, and we did first open the first again to public late 21/9. We did still see some smaller issues with the design, and functions, but ordering was working. We did first late (+/- 17:00 UTC) on friday 23, found a big bug in our mailing system. All our mails was stopped from send out around 22:00 UTC 22/09. Meaning all mails from 22 and forward until we fixed it late friday night, where not send out.
So this did indeed confirm you did not get any e-mails. And we are really sorry about this, as you did miss critical information here.
We have disabled the delete system and added a new external tracking system to our mails to ensure all mails are send, and that we get a notification if anything is not send.

We are really sorry about this issue here, and can only once again tell you to simply contact us if you face any issues, problem or just need a chat. We are here for our customers, ready to help, both on mail & chat.

So once again sorry about this issues here, feel free to contact us or return on our mail if you want to have a chat.

Customer service to another level

When there's a problem it's when you really see how the company is.
Small problem with a key delivery, solved in less than a minute (literally) through the chat. Oh, if just all the companies worked like that...

As someone who only buys games on Steam, I do not regret buying at JoyBuggy

The moment I bought it, I got the key instantly, but as someone living in Asia, Philippines to be exact, I had to go through the trouble of setting up Paypal (since this is the only way I can pay as PH debit/credit cards do not work.) One funny story was my money got deducted but due to extreme panic I didn't mind checking my email until 10 minutes later, my receipt along with my steam code was there, I seriously thought I got scammed but NO THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT!

Good price, easy to order and instant key access

Initially I got a VAT number box to fill in(??) but after a page refresh it disappeared so I was able to continue with my order. Other than that, the process was easy and the game key was immediately available after checking out.

I don't know how an online purchase can go any smoother

I'm leaving a perfect review score because I was able to get a very good discount on a big, new, AAA game, and on top of that the purchasing process was perfectly smooth and efficient, and the code was given immediately on the page right then and there. I'll most likely come back in the future for big AAA game releases.
