The technician simply plugged the TV…

The technician simply plugged the TV into the electrical outlet and didn't explain anything else to my younger sister. They threw away the box without asking any questions. They didn't connect the TV to Wi-Fi, didn't set up any settings, and didn't explain how to tune in to the channels. There was no Intel cable included with the TV, so I had to buy one, and an HDMI cable as well. This was strange; when I got home from work, I found the TV plugged in but not working, even though the service included more features.

Good price, good delivery, no issues seen

The price was very competitive which made me a little suspicious for a company that I had never heard of. However I did my due diligence and checked the usual places to see if the company was trustworthy and they rated well and they offered the usual reliable payment partners - that was enough to convince me to go ahead and part with my money.
The product arrived 2 business days later (4 including the weekend) which was good enough.
It's a Christmas present so I won't open it yet but if it works as expected then I am very happy with my first experience shopping with JoyBuy.

Opened up on Christmas and indeed all good. I have since ordered a RokId Station which also arrived quickly and well packed. So I will bump up to a 5*.
