I can not recommend JoyCards highly enough! After finding the perfect card to send my UK based friend, I asked Joy if she would write in the card for me (as I am based in Australia and there was no way it would make it in time if it was sent to me, written in and sent back to the UK). She didn't hesitate and got it off so fast for me that it was delivered to my friend THE NEXT DAY - well ahead of her birthday!
Thank you so much for your help, for your friendly customer service, for going way above the expectations and for the incredibly awesome card! Will certainly buy from you again...more organised this time.

My whole experience from JoyCards was positive and the card is excellent - the perfect card for my friend! It was dispatched quickly and securely, however, Royal Mail managed to damage it in a ‘please do not bend’ envelope. I contacted Joy who replied so quickly. I sent photos of the damage and Joy very kindly sent out a replacement which arrived quickly and in time for my friend’s birthday. Thank you :)
