This has to be the first Company I have ever dealt with.
They advertised an item. Georgia Boot was advertised instead I received a boot not made of leather it is Plastic, I ordered a size 12 US and I got a boot that is tooo small it might fit my 6 year old but I would not give it to him because they are garbage, and looks like crap. Georgia Boot is a top brand for work boots is all leather on the shoe side. In their information they said return are available. DON'T ask to return the item because: they won't let you return. This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They said they would give me a 50% return HOW ridiculous. they want me to pay for their crap!!!!! I have spent hours in emailing. Tried to stop payment they sent it to PayPal and because they use one of my cards listed in PayPal. I can not open a case. AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL. DO not. buy anything from them unless you want to be taken over the coals, which I can not imagine.

Please be careful if purchasing anything from Joyceetoy. This Chinese company posted pictures of sandals that were NOT what they sent me. Cheap imitations would be the best way to describe it. When I requested how to return the sandals for a refund, this company wanted me to send pictures of the product! No return address, just pictures! Buyer beware!

Do not order from this website. They use stock pictures from other sites, and send you a very, very poor copy, terrible quality product that has only a slight resemblance to what was actually advertised. Products ship from China (taking a long time), and their customer support is terrible. I have spent almost $50 to get a very cheap replica of what was advertised and was unable to get a refund after a lot of time spent attempting to resolve the issue.
