I placed an order this Dec. 10, and received my confirmation number. I sent them an E-check, as requested. On Dec 15, I sent an email requesting confirmation as their tracking system would not take my CN. No answer. I called customer service and was told the number has been cancelled. Sent another email today. Guess I've been scammed. Should have checked here first. Don't understand the positive reviews.

Other reviews that say this is a scam are prolly correct. They say the package got lost in the mail and they "tried" to resend multiple times. I think that was a lie. Never got package and when I requested a refund they ended communication.

numerous correspondence with this company regarding delayed, late and never received shipments. Once I requested a refund, I never heard any response and no refund has ever been provided

SCAM!!! Do not buy!!! Bought cigarettes in December 2022. They said that the shipment was sent beginning of Jan 2023. Nothing arrived. I sent them a letter requesting a refund. They said that the second shipment was sent in March 2023... nothing arrived. I can call it scam. Will be reporting them to appropriate authorities. The thieves have to be caught, and appropriate measures have to be taken!

I sent a echeck to Joy Cigs.Com for $126.00. The check posted in my bank on 4/29/2022. I never received my pkg. I emailed support and support replied that there would be another shipment but, this went on and on over four times. I said I lost patience and want a refund I was told it would take 25-30 days. It's been 3 months now no refund check has been received.

Order placed 1st week of December 2022. My e-check cleared on 12/9/2022. Waited 25 days and contacted customer service. She gave me a shipping number and told me to wait 20 to 30 days. I kept checking with uses. It has now been 3 months. I guess I could call this a total scam

I order a year ago and have not received my cigarettes. I constantly receive rhe run around. These people are outright THIEVES. DO NOT order from them. Tell everyone you know that they are a scam

This evil scammers will send you fake Greek cigarettes. This fake cigarette is a poison rather than a cigarette.

The one thing that attracted me to joycigs was they had my brand and the cost was great. As a first-time buyer, they wanted to make sure I was who I was and a wonderful lady with their company helped me through that process. You have to be patient for your order to be processed but if you do have a question (by email) they respond immediately. The way they shipped my order was excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

My order got lost in the mail and after informing "joycigs" to report the delay, I received my order within a week.

They do not take respnsiblity for an E-check - I felt it was a scam and lost 297.00 - do not do e-checks that bank is not resposbile

I love that they sell cigarettes that are not available in the US plus the price is great! The only thing is that it takes a long time to arrive.

Best price ever on my favorite cigarettes.. can't even find them where I live. Transaction & shipping take a bit, but worth the wait!

(Please read full review - update below) I gave them an e-check for my order. When I received a call to verify the check I found out they are actually Smokers Mall (a well known scam). They called yesterday (over a month since I gave them the e-check) to let me know they will not be able to fill my order. The man told me that in order to get my refund, he would need me to allow him to access my computer remotely. I told him I would not be doing that. He actually tried to trick me into doing it and then got angry when I would not. So now I get to work on getting my money back through my bank.

UPDATE: I have spoken with the company and they have an investigation going to figure out who has been calling. I have received my cigarettes. Despite the wait and the calls from the scammer, I am very pleased with the cigarettes. They actually taste better than the Camels I usually buy and are nearly 1/2 the price! I would have given 4 stars if not for the trouble I went through with the scam calls. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't gone through that and the smokes had arrived sooner. I will be placing another order and if all goes well, I'll leave a 4-star rating.
