I ordered a Playball hat and instead received a shoddy looking Marine hat. I have contacted the company 4 times demanding a full refund or the hat that I ordered. They refused and offered a discount of 10 percent, then 30 percent and then 40 percent. I refused all of them. Worst company ever! Just plain fraud!

Ordered ornament for Xmas gift and a couple veteran pocket hugs to give away. First order confiscated in California for counterfeit postage. They resent and finally received in January. Cannot read the words and it’s a piece of plastic. Buyer beware.

AVOID, I ordered a challenge coin from them. The pictures on there website look stunning. When it arrived it is an alloy disc with a poor quality picture attached to each side. Claimed my no quibble refund and told I had to return it to china at my own expense. The positive feedback on the website is all one word comments A.I.generated I’m sure. Classic chinese fraud.

I ordered (2) talking snowmen that sings & tells jokes- as per the online advertising. After waiting 45 days to recieve my order. The package arrived damaged, boxes were torn & neither snowman works!!! Very upsetting since now im scrambling to find replacement gifts.

If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered 2 forget me not angels its says if you order 2 you get one free ,so thats 3 in total I only got 2
Then it says free shipping over £12.99 I paid £2.99 plus 0.48p shipping insurance i have photos from their website to prove this i have complained just waiting to hear back DO NOT BUY TAKE NOTICE OF OTHER REVIEWS , TOTAL RIP OFF
Heard back they're sending a third angel for free which is what I was owed in the first place and they said in their email postage was free over £20 and they have no right to change it
But on their website it says FREE postage over £12.99 which I've taken pictures of ( thats if they haven't changed it ) they just wont accept responsibility
but they must be that desperate for £2.99 🤣🤣🤣

Ordered what looked like 3 forgot me not angels (as my father has dementia) for my Mum, sister and myself. In the add, they look like clear glass with dried flowers inside. They are cheap plastic worth about 10p each. I paid £18.25. I am so angry that they con people.

Absolutely awful company. Firstly, they billed me for £20.49 for the items but actually took £25.69 out of my account. Secondly, them items were not as described so I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to return the items to China, despite all the tracking details claiming it was being sent from USA, and the cost of returning the items was more than the cost of the items. They refused to cover the cost of return postage and have only offered a partial refund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

Advertising was great. Got shipping notices saying being shipped from USA. Product was shoddy and didn't match advert. Complained that I did not want it and wanted to return it. Was told I would have to pay to send it back to China and if it was lost in transit it would be at my risk. Avoid at all costs.
