Terrible company
Terrible clothing and sizing all over the place. Returns to China very expensive and I never actually received a refund, they just started ignoring me. £65 on clothes and £23 return wasted!
Update: this company never replied to the email I sent them from their review reply. Clearly only replied to keep up an appearance. Terrible company, absolute scam!!

I have made a £100 order to this company and the items arrived damaged and awful material and nothing like the pictures advertising the dresses.
I wish I had read these reviews as I now realise what a waste of money and time to order from this company. I have repeatedly asked for a return ticket and I am still waiting for one I have now spent £26.50 to try and return the goods to China, I have still not been reimbursed my money so I will never order from this company ever again.
Their site needs to be taken down from the UK website

Rubbish
I think this company should be taken off any uk website so we cannot be made a mug of. I wish I like 100's of others had of read the reviews. The clothes are terrible to big to small material terrible. Could go on and on. They like others have offered me 15% back and to keep the clothes. I spent just over a £100. I have asked them for a free return label we will see what happens. Surely this company need to be stopped from stealing from people.

Poor quality. Indifferent service.
I am part way trying to return an item, but instead of following their stepwise process for return, I am now getting the run-around , asked to photograph and obstructed. Now it is suggested I accept a 15% refund. Clearly from other reviews this is habitual. I wish I had read them first! The quality is very poor. Just steer clear.

Rubbish clothing. They offer you a 15% discount to keep the items, but to get back £6 from an order of £40 is not acceptable. When you return items - 2 lightweight blouses it cost me £17.00!! Still waiting for my refund 5 weeks later. Wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew they were in China!!! AVOID AT ALL COST

Cheap copies, incomplete order received, they don’t reply to emails
Placed an order 16/07/22.. one item (trousers) was missing from the order received. I emailed joymitty on 30/07/22 upon receiving the incomplete order and haven’t received a reply.
The items received ( several tops & trousers) were very obviously cheap copies of the advertised items and sizing is extremely small.
Trousers are ‘ok’, tops are wearable but undersized and made of very cheap fabric which I doubt will last another season. I was dissatisfied, would not buy from this seller again and would not recommend.

I thought I was getting a cotton or…
I thought I was getting a cotton or similar to cotton dress, it turned out to be a man made stretchy cheapo looking fiber and it wasn't the pale orange of the photo but a ghastly luminous orange, I'm going to cut it up to use for bunting, the company Evra a subsidiary of Hemes didn't deliver properly either. They stuck it in the railings half way up the stairs to my flat and I only got it when a neighbour spotted it. I will never use Joymitty again!!!

The Positive Reviews Are Fake!
The customer reviews highlighting the poor quality of the clothes and the difficulty in returning goods (you get sent a stock email offering you a minuscule refund if you keep the goods, get told you gave to return them to China etc) are true!
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

It is not easy to know that if you wish…
It is not easy to know that if you wish to return items to Joymitty, you have to pay the return postage to China. You are asked to first send photos of the items you are returning even though the reason for the items is just the size being too small. Then you are offered 15% off if you keep the clothes even though they are not suitable for you instead of trying to return them. So the only way is either to accept this 15% off or to go through the hassle and additional cost of posting the clothes to China and waiting for what they say will be a lengthy wait to get your money back. Having now read other reviews showing similar experiences to my own I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. I wish someone could tell me whether they are legally able to trade in this way.

I have been in correspondence with JOYMITTY by email since 20th March of this year and finally gave them 7 days notice from Monday 25th July seeking a refund of £84.68 for two dresses and a jacket bought in mid March of this year. The said items were poorly made with cheap fabric/poor stitches; the jacket was heavily creased and not lined.
They initially advised me to settle for a refund of 15% and for me to keep the goods as postage is expensive from the UK to China. I responded by stating that I would prefer to send the above items to them for a full refund which cost me another £22.15 in postage.
I have been in regular contact by email with the company only to be told each time that the items have not yet arrived and that they will inform me on receipt of same. Although I provided them with a Tracking Number together with copy receipt, to this date, they claim that no such parcel has arrived [5 months later] which I find hard to believe. It’s obviously a SCAM that they are engaging in and eventually it will result in them losing future customers as more people get to hear how that company is ignoring and neglecting to deal with refunds.
I strongly urge others not to buy anything from them as they too will experience similar difficulty when the question for a refund is requested. More importantly, their goods are shockingly cheap and flimsy so save yourselves time by shopping elsewhere
I’ve deliberately included my Order Number at the top to see if the company has the decency to refund me for the overdue amount ??? Interestingly, they have responded to other shoppers by using a standard reply stating we will trace your Order Number for a refund.
