I agree with Joanne, The pictures shown on-line are of truly gorgeous clothes. but are basically laser-printed images on cheap cheap fabric, with terrible sizing.

The item is very poorly made, made out the company is in UK/US when it's in China. Customer service- well there isn't any. I'm taking this further.

Hi everyone the above address is where JoyMitty advised to return the goods with a tracking number saying they would refund within 7 days of items being received but to this day still waiting for my refund after the initial order in May. The returned goods were not of the sizing ordered and the materials not as advertised I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company and up to date they do not reply to my emails definitely a poor company to deal with.

I wa t to give no stars!!I have been waiting for the promised refund for my order which never arrived and they give excuse after excuse and tell me the seller is sending it. My contract is with Joymitty and THEY are responisble for my order. Do not trust this company!!!! And never believe a word they say. Joymitty - Shocking treatment
Received my order after a month, but that time I had left for my holiday, quality not of a good standard, asked to return all items and get a full refund, was offered 15% refund, not to return. I declined, then they offered 25%, which after a day I decided okay. Now (when I questioned the amount) they are going back on their word. Shocking, horrified at being treated like this. Now they are asking for items back. After how long ?, I will NEVER order from here again. Disgusting

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful ! It said cotton dress and what turned up looked nothing like the picture , nothing like the size and it had not a scrap of cotton in the material . I think what these companies do is rebrand each time they get bad reviews . I have been done by three companies now ! When I tried to send goods back they offer 25% then 50% refund . And try as I could it would have ended up me paying £10 to send it back so I had to take 50% refund and put dress in the bin ☹️

Do not order from this company, Joymitty. I ordered a dress which arrived but was not as nice as on the website. I have been trying to return the dress since 30th June a d keep getting the same nonsensical email. I logged a return and I was supposed to get a return notice to send with the parcel. This has not come, to date. I a. Still sitting with the item and can see that I am not going to get my mo ey back. Very poor service. Bad quality material.

Avoid this organisation. It turns out to be next to impossible to return the garments (You have to send them to China and pay customs duties). And they are skimpy and made of horrible material.

You get what you pay for
I recently purchased 3 dresses from Joymitty before I had read any reviews. Big mistake. Only one of the dresses in any way reflects the advertised product. The images show beautiful garments but what arrived is very cheap and nasty material and dresses that look nothing like the picture. Very misleading and disappointing and given the comments about trying to return items I will put this down to bad experience and donate them to charity. Lesson learnt - you get what you pay for - nasty, cheap tat. Won't be buying from Joymitty again.

Scammers?
Scammers? After ordering and contacting after no delivery was told the product was out of stock. Why wasn’t that apparent at the point of order? I asked for a refund. They said they will refund 95% only. I agreed just to get something back. However they then said they’re posted the order out. Of course that never reached me. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality, the material is not as described, took ages to arrive and you have to pay for a return but I couldn’t find a return address anywhere! Do not order anything from this company. Response from the company is appalling even after my review. The material is nothing like I’ve ever seen for clothing before, it almost feels like a plastic or waterproof material? The stitching is poor quality, it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and I did try to cancel my order after 1 week as it hadn’t even been despatched but they still sent it and completely ignored my request. PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible all clothes were different…
Terrible all clothes were different sizes. Took ages to come. When I wanted to send them back they said they needed to go back to China at my cost and possible import charges. Would I accept 15% refund. What use is that to anyone when they have clothes they can't wear. Don't buy from here is my recommendation.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
BEWARE, do not be tempted to use this company. Like previous customers have said, I should have read the reviews. Now I know why they were so reasonably priced, because the sizing and quality are awful. Oh yes I received my order but , as they were too small even though I ordered
two sizes bigger than normal, and wanted to return them, when you email them for a returns label, you get fobbed off by joymitty telling you they have to be returned to CHINA, at the customers expense and not returned to their place in London, which would incur considerable expense to the customer. So, as a goodwill gesture, and save me all the cost and hassle of posting it back to China they let me keep the items, but would only refund 15% of the cost of the order. I received just over £10, so lost £54 and have four items that I cannot wear. Apparently, the returns policy is all in their T & C's, which I didn't read, so it's taught me a valuable lesson to read the reviews at least. Dreadful way to run a company.

Dreadful customer service Joymitty
Oh dear, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered two dresses from this company. They took forever to arrive. The quality is rubbish. The returns policy is non existent and to make matters worse they are in China, return postage for buyers account. Totally disgusted with this company. Isn’t there some sort of fair trading monitoring on the internet??? I am severely out of pocket. Avoid Joymitty at all costs. I should have known better!!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Took many emails before I got an answer! Long story short the clothes items were absolute rubbish! I wanted a return slip from them. This is the answer I got:-
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy urn-exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees).Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 20% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).
I finally settled on 40% refund. I knew I wouldn’t get anything otherwise. It’s a big racket. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Impossible to email joymitty
I ordered clothing from this company in May. Money was taken but no order was sent. Have tried to send emails but am told this is not the correct email. I am out of pocket and have no way of getting my money returned. I wish i had checked this company out before parting with my money.
