I ordered a cologne advetised on Facebook, paid joyui Co.,Ltd. Price advertised at $35. They charged 30% tax Plus $6 shipping... Paid almost $20 more than advertised. Still waiting for order frm 3 weeks ago.

The item, Screen Magnifier 2024 Newest Version10 was supposed to have been mailed from Italy yet came from Chicago and is made in China. It could not be flimsier of cheap plastic and probably costs less than one dollar. It is unusable. It was supposed to cost $23.99 but with the added illegal charges of tax and insurance I was charged over $42.00 The company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

Ordered a non invasive blood glucose monitor and received a basic pulse monitor.
Not even close to the correct device.
Talks a good customer service when placing the order then non existent when you need to contact them
It seems they are a scam company, sell an item at a reasonable price, then substitute it with an inferior product which doesn’t match the original specifications.
Using PayPal thinking they are a secure and trustworthy method of paying.
Absolutely NOT, no support from them, almost like they are encouraging the dodgy companies to deal through them.
All in all a bad experience

I always go through Pay Pal just in case… that being said I ordered these facials and the company name was not listed. So it had only been a few hours and I went on Pay pal and saw the name??? And I have been scammed in the past by Chinese companies!! That’s why they hide their names!! So I saw the name on Pay Pay and looked for reviews and found your website!! So I went back to PayPal and tried to cancel my order but lo and behold the website email the put on PayPal didn’t work!! So I still told PayPal I wanted to cancel my order and dispute it and it hadn’t even been 24 hours or 12 hours for that matter of fact!! Anyway PayPal gave me a temporary refund and if I don’t win the case I’ll have to pay it back. Plus I copied the email and went off the site and wrote them cancelling so they can’t use any excuses and I sent that copy to PayPal as well!!!
PayPal is wonderful with disputes. They have helped me so many times in the past. Even once where it wasn’t settled in my favor and I knew I had been scammed I got to appeal my case and I WON!! So if you have a gut feeling , and the Chinese companies are the worst!!! Cancel!! Now I cancel right away. I’ve even had complaints you’d think were honest like Fitbit pull some pretty low down things and then someone at their company tried to use my PayPal account!! Of course we were notified. They tried to buy bitcoin!!
But I use PayPal for a lot of my purchases and if you start feeling something doesn’t feel right… cancel, cancel,cancel and then DISPUTE!!! Thank you for the warning!! That’s why I canceled. 👍🏻😊Deb

I ordered two pocket-sized self-flying cameras. Initially, I was excited about the product and its price, but that quickly changed. Firstly and most importantly, there were no cameras in the devices! I received pieces of plastic with no camera at all. Both the website and the box indicated there should be cameras included.

Moreover, the drones looked completely different from the descriptions on the packaging and the website. I'm left with useless pieces of plastic worth almost 100 EUR/USD.

I contacted customer service, sent photos of the problem, and provided all necessary information. They repeatedly claimed they sent the correct product and said returning it would cost me a lot of money. They ignored the fact that the cameras were missing, clearly visible in the photos.

Additionally, the drones were supposed to have foldable sides, but these did not. They were flimsy and fragile, with no mobile holder for the controls. I haven't even tried to see if they can fly, as they seem incapable of doing so without the app and camera.

To top it off, despite the title saying "buy 2 free shipping," I was still charged $14 for shipping.

Do not buy here unless you want to (possibly) face the same issues.

Ordered a women’s blouse which arrived late and was of poor quality! I returned on the same day to the returns address on the package which was in GB !
Contacted the seller after 2 weeks as not had a response! They said that I should have returned the item China but no address for China had been provided!!! After several emails between myself and the seller I was getting nowhere so asked PP to set up a case! Thank fully PayPal
have gone in my favour!
Avoid this company they are thieves !!!

Ordered toy rockets for my grandsons birthdays. Both boxes came late and both were crushed. Contacted Joyui and their response was see if the rockets were OK there was no issue! Explained to them we don't give crushed boxes as presents and since the box is part of the purchase, I don't pay for crushed boxes. Also, they shipped from China in a flimsy plastic wrap!

This company is a ripoff. They withdrew an additional $10.60 to an already outrageous amount. I was sent an invoice for 42.38 and 52.98 was charged to my account. I filed a dispute with PayPal who is going right along with the seller, saying it is a third party vendor. I was charged on the invoice for shipping why am I being charged again.
Buyer beware!!!

Deceptive advertising. Refusal to provide address for a return of the extremely poor products and no refund. Company is a disgrace and should be shut down.

DO NOT do business with this company, it is a scam through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is aware and sounds like they've done little. I'm still waiting but not hopeful.

November 6th I Ordered LARGE Aphabet money box to give to my granddaughter for Christmas took 2 months to be delivered and I had to purchase a replacement gift. Had to go thru PAYPAL to communicate with the seller because they never responded. When I received the item it was not as it was described. So now it really is of no use to me at all. PAYPAL sided with the seller. I may as well not used PAYPAL.

This company is awful!
PayPal was no help in solving my issue with them and eventually sided with them. I ordered 2 money boxes for my grandchildren, they took 2 months to arrive and when they did one of them was completely different to what I ordered, both were supposedly made of American oak, one of them looks as if it might have been the other looked and felt like flimsy balsa wood! They were packaged badly, and arrived looking like second hand goods. I sent photos to PayPal, how PayPal could have sided with them is beyond me, it's cast a lot of doubt in me in PayPal's guarantees. The money boxes are now landfil!

I ordered a cement nail gun. When the parcel arrived It only had nails and no gun. I contacted PayPal and they decided I should get a refund. The Company agreed on the condition I send the nails back to China. I did this in November 2023. Note to date 2.1.24 the parcel is still out for delivery in China?
I am still awaiting my refund😠 the Company will not communicate with me as I lodged the complaint with PayPal.

Keep away, but they advertise under different companies, and u don't know its them until u pay.dont even want to give them 1 star.some of Products arrived 7 wks later, cheap rubbish, didn't look at all like it said on the advert.and they were wrong product. NEVER EVER AGAIN

The company can be honest about what they are selling! Nice pictures but what you see is not what you get. When you contact them they won't refund you and just off you $3.00. This company needs to be banded
