Poor communication!

The communication with J&P has been poor from the start. They were instructed on behalf of my car insurance company and the service just been poor throughout. I have no issues with the in person dealings as they were polite and explained everything well, but communications prior to and following the hearing date have been poor. My address was not updated even after me informing them the address needed amending several times, and after it eventually being amended on legal documents, further correspondence has since been sent to my previous address. My queries were left unanswered but I was bombarded daily with emails reminding me to sign forms even though I had told them changes needed to be made first, and even after providing dates to avoid, a hearing was booked on a date I had informed them needed to be avoided, and all my questions regarding sorting this were ignored. It got slightly better when someone else in the firm took over however it seems nobody has a real handle on what is going on and the experience was made much more stressful than it needed to be.
