It’s expensive

i love it!! so easy to use

JPFans is a very nice site if you wanna buy stuff from Japan at a nice price. When I first got into the app, I was amazed by how many things they sell in there at a very cheap price. Personally, I ordered some figures and a shirt, and considering that it comes from Japan, the shipping was really fast and the stuff was intact, nothing was damaged. If you want to buy something from Japan, then JPFans is definitely a good option for it.

I really like it so far. At the beginning I was a bit confused about how the app works. Something that I don’t like are the high shipping prices, but other than that the service is really great and everything is getting processed really fast.

This was my second time ordering from JPFans app, this time i ordered some Haikyu figures, one of my favourite anime. One more time the fact that they take pictures of products you buy and make sure everything is ok is so reassuring. Then the new method of shipping pricing is even better, they make you package first and them they weighted and give the exact price of shipping, that way you don’t have any surprises. Then you can track your order until the arrival, again on time 12/15 days to Europe. Always very safe and well packed 🙏

I ordered from jpfans around two months ago mostly from mercari
I bought a MaoMao cosplay which fit to perfection it really suits me so well I really really loved it and it came with such perfect packaging and condition!
I also got a Nanami pin which came perfect
As well as two Twice lightsticks, one for me and one to gift my best friend as a gift.
Everything came in amazingly packaged and very fast!
Luckily it did not get stuck in customs nor lost in transit!
I am trully happy with the experience and will be buying again!

Excellent experience! I ordered from JPFans, a platform that allows you to purchase items from Japan via multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Mercari, etc.) and have them delivered across Europe. I bought 4 K-pop albums through Mercari and received them in approximately two and a half weeks. The delivery process was smooth with no issues, and the customer service was very responsive. I highly recommend this service, especially for K-pop albums, as the prices are very competitive compared to other countries

I bought my Tiger and Bunny plush Keychain from Jpfans and I LOVED the way they helped me out since this was my first time using a proxy. I will definitely continue to use Jpfans in the future.

I'm so grateful that I found out about JPfans. As someone who is really into visual kei, but doesn't live in Japan, It's so difficult to get access to merch without paying way too much...
When I found out about JPfans I was extremely happy to see all the cds, chekis and shirts from my favourite bands at a reasonable price!
I had been looking for a specific shirt for almost a year.
The shirt was only obtainable through the bands live concerts, and I had given up hope on finding it as the band isn't that popular.
I searched on JPfans and acctuly found it. I can't express how happy I was seeing it. Same goes for the cds I bought of JPfans.

My package arrived today.
Everything in good condition!
When ordering my package, I really liked the shipping estimation thing, so I had an idea of how much I'd pay.
Plus, my packages always get stuck when they arrive to my country. Atleast when ordering from small band websites. That has made me payed a lot more money than expected.
I was ready to do the same with this package from JPfans, but to my surprise there was no issue. No extra payment fee!!

It was super easy to find and purchase my items, the communication with those at jpfans was very helpful, and fast. They helped when I had some issues and helped very much with updating me on my items and where they were. I would highly recommend buying off here as the staff are incredible.

I would definitely use it again to buy items from mercari Japan and Amazon Japan. They look pictures for you to see when your product arrives at the warehouse and they also contact the seller for you. It took around 2 weeks for my package to arrive and I'm super happy. I got Frieren figures and they came in intact and perfect condition. I was also able to get second hand good condition vtuber merch on mercari through jpfans. Highly recommend!!

As someone who has used a few other Japanese Proxy services before, Jpfans has definitely been my favorite so far. The fact that they didn't charge for product pictures is a huge plus, and the other fees and services are inexpensive. The customer service is also very swift and helpful. It is genuinely so nice to be able to shop on Japanese second hand sites and buy figurines for a reasonable price, as opposed to shopping on Ebay/US Mercari with ridiculously marked up prices. My first order of 5 anime figures arrived in less than a week and was well packaged. Based on my experience as someone living in the USA, though I do agree it's best to buy multiple items at once, I would advise to not ship out more than 5-6 anime figures (prize figure size) at one time, espeically if you are keeping them in their boxes, as large volume orders can rack up a really hefty shipping fee and can prevent you from being able to use ECMS shipping. I highly recommend ECMS over UPS, as the rates are lower and you can preemptively pay for the import tax.
