I have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan for the past 10 years, and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional mortgage broker. Jonathan is incredibly helpful and diligent, always going above and beyond to ensure his clients receive the best possible service. His communication skills are outstanding; he consistently keeps me informed, even if it's just to let me know he'll get back to me soon.
Jonathan's technical knowledge is impressive, and his client service is nothing short of brilliant. In today's challenging climate, it's refreshing to know that advisers like Jonathan still exist. His dedication and expertise have been invaluable to me over the years.

cannot recommend Jonathan from the Mortgage Firm enough. From the initial call to having completed on the 18 September Jonathan, founder and owner of the Mortgage Firm was absolutely amazing. He always returned my calls/emails swiftly, he was honest and always had my best interest at heart. Being first time buyers buying a property is stressful as it is, but Jonathan always kept me at ease. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Thank you Jonathan for everything that you did for us.

I can honestly say I couldn’t have bought my first house with Jon! Coupled with complicated and changing personal circumstances and a worrying economic climate, he patiently, diligently and reliably worked with me to get the best mortgage offer and I trusted his advice implicitly. He took the time to understand my needs and capabilities, and kept in constant contact the whole way - can’t recommend him enough!

Could not recommend Jon enough! He helped my husband & I get a mortgage and it wasn’t an easy task. We had a couple of setbacks along the way but Jon sorted it quickly and got us back on the right track. We owe so much to Jon, we really wouldn’t be sat in our new house right now if it wasn’t for him! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
