I bought a Beambox 2 about 9 months ago with a one year warranty. After nearly 1000 hours the machine failed. JPPlus sent replacement parts and got on the phone with me to walk me through the process step by step. Unfortunately it did not repair the machine, but JPPlus contacted the manufacturer(FLUX) and with in a few days a brand new replacement machine was delivered, putting me back in business. The whole process did take 10-12 days but JPPlus and FLUX made sure I was back in business. 10 STARS is what they deserve!!! I recommend JPPlus and FLUX for your Laser Engraving needs.
