This company sells damaged and broken products. Beware of this company. They are scammers on many sites. It's time to file a lawsuit against them.

I have always found JPS Trust Stellenbosch extremely helpful. Their statements are clear and easy to read. My appreciation goes to Irma Hartzenburg who not only helps with what the rent should be but also sees to any repairs that need to be done. The company that I reviewed sells logs, or rather doesn’t as he never delivers them, it would appear there is another company of the same name that sells labels…. I am not reviewing that company!!

After waiting 10 weeks for my order I’ve given up and gone elsewhere. Loads of frustration dealing with this company. I left countless messages and emails, he didn’t respond to any. Eventually he answered the phone when I used my landline and he didn’t recognize the number. He got very defensive and couldn’t explain why he never answered my mobile number. Anyway he promised delivery and I did get an email first thing on a Monday saying the firewood would be delivered that day. I stayed in all day. Had a phone call at 6.45 pm saying I was the next drop. It was dark and raining! I wasn’t about to start stacking firewood at that time of night. I said I’d be around the next day. That was over 2 weeks ago. I’ve emailed again but it’s pointless. I’m 57 and no company I’ve ever dealt with (I’m self employed so deal with a lot of companies) comes anywhere near the utter incompetence of this chap. If you are going to try him don’t take a day off work because he quite likely won’t turn up when he has promised and don’t pay in advance because you’ll have the job of getting your money back and he won’t answer messages or emails. To add, I’m a good natured chap and I’ve never left a bad review for anyone before!

Don't use they are totally useless, you wait weeks then they turn up without warning making excuses they can't deliver.
Don't waste your time with them.

This would be zero if it was possible. Don't use this company they are fraudulent. No address on website just a phone number that never picks up or returns messages. Same goes for email.
Looked up address on company house, it's a terraced house in Le4 Leicester. No income added for the year. So this is a fake business. The good reviews are fake. Fraud, fraud fraud. I wish I had of looked them up before I ordered logs from them. Have reported this to my bank as fraud. Will be also reporting to police.

Jps care not about pleasing customers. Bamboo Ridge Bartons ST. Catherine has power outage since Tuesday 17th of August it is now 8:22 PM on Wednesday 18th of August and power has not being restore.
I operate a grocery store all the contence in my fridge and freezer is spoiling. I made several calls waited on the phone for hour to report it, still nothing happens.people should boycott the no good company. They even issue numbers when one call to complain. Lousy lousy service

Hi. I ordered a sign online approx. a week ago, and they were the only company online who could supply me with the sign I wanted.
The price was excellent and they kept me up to date with delivery details.
