JHR have supported a young man with LD and physical disabilities whose parents spoke no English. Despite it not being included in the managed package Daniel sourced and interviewed bi lingual personal assistants, supported with interpretation, would book appointments for me with the family, it was easier than using an interpreting service and if there were problems with the package of care he would keep me informed and we would work together to resolve them.
Based on how well we supported this young man I have recommended the company to other families.

ALWAYS THERE TO HELP.
Whenever I have had any problems or just need to ask a question ,JRH CHOICES are always there to help and will always go the extra mile .They are always friendly and helpful but also very professional. I would without a doubt recommend JRH to anyone.
