My dog loves the pure meat toppers
Easy to order, well packaged and delivered promptly. I have a fussy Golden Doodle with a sensitive tummy and she loves the pure meat toppers. The small tins mean it’s easy to give her variety and it’s always fresh.

Very impressed with JR!
So impressed with JR! Not only are their products very popular with my own dogs and many of my dog-training clients, on the one occasion that I had to contact them about the quality of one pack (never happened before, clearly just a one-off issue that any company could experience), I couldn't fault the response. An email reply within an hour or two, very apologetic and offering three solutions. I chose to have the product replaced as the new sausage slices are a big hit with my dogs, and they arrived within days. You can't ask for more than that! Great products, great customer service!

Change of recipe?
My dogs loves JR training treats , well the ones that are shaped like pellets, but recently some flavours come in different form, more like a little square and my dog wouldn’t touch it as if there were a recipe change.
Makes ordering online a lottery.

Premium Long Lasting Treats (if a bit pricey)
These are pretty much the best quality treats out there - the only thing to remember is that your pet probably won’t accept anything else once they’ve tried them! I do often wait for free gifts and/or to bulk order for free delivery though as they are expensive and their loyalty program isn’t at all appealing if you don’t have a lot of/large pets. It’s consistently cheaper to buy direct though and if you pick your moment you will get a good deal.

Great selection - 100 p/c natural
Excellent company with great customer service & a vast selection of treats that my dog adores - especially the ostrich braids - and I’m happy knowing everything is 100p/c natural (& I like the fact they state what’s low fat etc on the packaging)
