The team did a wonderful job, as well as knowing their craft they were courteous, tidy and friendly. Kept me informed at every step and extremely punctual - highly recommend!

Excellent service, kept informed all of the way, from when the scaffolding would be put up, to when the roof would be replaced etc.

It took just one day to replace an extension roof, all the waste was removed and they left the area tidy once they finished.

Roof looks great.

Apparently they put the original roof in place in 1986, here’s hoping for another 39 years.

They were quick, efficient. They kept us informed of delays ( due to strong wind and rain). The work was done on the agreed day, without leaving behind any mess, that was all dealt with, and now we have a home without a leaky roof, it is just a joy.

JR Roofing are a well organised company who keep in touch with their customers before they begin work to make sure that you are aware of what is happening.

The team of 8 arrived and worked very hard and quickly did a great job. They went above and beyond what they promised.

The roof looks great. Not cheap but worth it.

JR Roofing was superb through every step of the process. They were helpful on the phone when I had questions about the quote, turned up when they said they would, completed the job quickly and left everything tidy afterwards. Scaffolding was put up swiftly and removed shortly after the job was finished. Everyone was polite and friendly.

From initial contact with J R Flat Roofing I have been impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, service levels and communication. They were approachable, helpful and willing to work within some of the constraints we had as a charity. They really got on board with our cause and helped promote it.
In terms of the actual roofing job - they went over and above to get the job completed in record time (and it was no small job) throwing a huge team at it to get the job done.
The quality of their work is excellent and the whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with.

JR roofing did an excellent job of replacing my flat roof. Didn't charge a penny over the estimate. Cleared everything after themselves. There was always someone in the office ready to answer any questions. I never had to do any chasing up. They replaced my flat roof which had difficult access. The team was always friendly. The whole thing was stress-free. I well recommend them.

Communication from the admin team was always prompt and professional. There was a delay caused by the scaffolding company with it going up and they took nearly 2 weeks to bring it down. I know nothing about roofing, I before and after picture would have been helpful so I could see what improvements been made but that's not a big issue. Thank you for my new roof!
