Cats best Smart Pellets immer schlechter
Ich kaufe seit mehr als 10 Jahren die Smart Pellets von Cats best. Ich kann also die Qualität bestens beurteilen. Seit geraumer Zeit lässt die Qualität zu wünschen übrig und es wird zu Lasten der Verbraucher mal wieder getrickst und eingespart. Die Pellets sind kleiner. Das allein stört mich nicht. Zu den Pellets ist viel Sägemehl und Späne zugemischt.
Zum einen gehen die Katzen nicht mehr sauber aus der Toilette, so dass die kleine Krümel überall verteilt sind. Ihr werbt auf Eurer Website doch damit, dass durch die Pellets "nichts herausgetragen" wird. Mit der jetzigen Qualität und Verschlechterung ein Witz! Das ist früher mit richtigen Pellets nicht passiert. Eigentlich stehen sie jetzt normalen billigen Katzenstreu in nichts mehr nach.
Was mich ärgert ist, dass hier die Kunden getäuscht werden. Ich möchte 10 kg reine Pellets kaufen und nicht 9 kg Pellets und den Rest mitSägemehl aufgefüllt. Dafür dass das Streu eh schon preislich gehoben ist, ist mir das als Kunde wie die Qualität jetzt ist einfach zu teuer.
Ich werde mich leider davon verabschieden und mir eine andere Alternative suchen. Die Verbraucherzentrale werde ich auch noch informieren.
