A winning combo for buying at auction
We bought a property at auction and time was tight. Having spoken to Joe, we knew his small firm was fit for the job. And boy - did Joe and Molly deliver! We completed from start to end within 28 days. They were organised, professional and kept us informed of all the decisions we needed to make - plus where we were in the process. When things would have normally stalled, a quick call or email exchange got things moving again. Their diligence and attention to detail was exactly what was needed.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. We had an extremely difficult time with our buyers solicitor but Joe and Molly were both on hand with advise and next steps throughout. We couldn't recommend them enough for all their hard work and patience.
