Great customer service.

My order turned up late and package was dirty & squashed. Luckily it was tablets and they were ok. I alerted JS health they were fantastic. So quick to send another package.
I highly recommend Michaela. She was lovely & professional.

Package was not delivered

Got a notification that shipment was delivered. Proof of delivery was a blank photo. I obviously did not get my package and opted out for shipping protection - why should we need this. None of my parcels have ever gone missing till now. I reached out to Shippit and JS Health - cause the confirmation of delivery came directly from them. They were no help at all and told me to sort it out with the shipping company it’s not their responsibility. I would have thought they reply with let’s investigate or something - but no help. So disappointed - maybe supporting an AUS company was not such a great idea after all. Anyway after loads of emails and photos Shippit found my package 4 days later and it was delivered. Will I order from them again - definitely not.

Best of the best

We love these vitamins and can’t wait to try the new ones we ordered. My only wish is that they’d do 3rd party testing. I told my doctor how great the magnesium was and she said it just makes it hard for to say that’s great keep taking, without it being 3rd party tested.

I never received my product.

I never received my product.
I have been tracking it and it says it misshipped to Sylvania, GA. I sure wish my product would get here. I need it!

I placed my order November 29 and still…

I placed my order November 29 and still have not received it. Very disappointed on the delivery. You need to find a better delivery service so the products are received in a timely manner!

Prompt and Professional Service

Subscription is never on time

Subscription is never on time. You never get to be consistent in your routine. I’ve been doing this almost a year with absolutely zero improvement.

This company is shiny social media and no results

I ordered the Berberine, from which I have seen absolutely no results. It also arrived mislabelled as to how the supplement should be taken, based on what I had previously read on the website. I contacted customer services who confirmed they were well aware it was mislabelled. It is astonishing to me that they sent it out anyway without adding a correction either in the order or via email. Food supplements in the UK should be clearly labelled with correct instructions of how to take.
I'd also note that I provided the company with direct feedback, at their request, and surprise surprise they have not added this to their heavily edited website of positive reviews.

Non returnable

After I ordered it was told not to take but they wouldn't let me return due to there policy so I wasted almost 100 dollars on something my doctors asked me to stop taking due to them being sent out in the mail already
