I have been working with Johnson technical now for well over 10 years, and with in that time i have always been very impressed with the way they do things and also with How well the business is set up. We have been using the services of Johnson Technical for circa 5 years. As our business has grown and our requirements have changed the services and support of JT have evolved with us. Johnsons have served as our IT support for approx. 4 years now - there are 4 aspects to the service provided
1. Remote telephony support - this is generally good - support personnel are generally helpful and patient and almost always resolve the issue
2. Cyber security - this is high profile for all businesses now to protect the integrity of systems and for protection against fraud - we feel we have excellent guidance and support - the regular reviews help to highlight potential issues and plug gaps.
3.Installation and set up of new workstations - we feel the process is a little disjointed between "sales" and installation - we never quite seem to get what was expected first time round -
4. Annual reviews - these offer value and help determine priorities for maintaining a reliable and robust system

Technical Johnson knowledge is very good and they have got the resources within to help with all the IT needs required for all sorts of businesses.
