Took delivery of running machine last day of July this year and it will only work sometimes as I keep getting E3 error code and then it stops ,I have rang and am waiting for a call from engineer. When working I don’t find the heart rate very accurate it’s way of what my Garmin shows ,I find the console wobbles a bit when in use

The treadmill overall is absolutely fine it's the console that lets it down, if you use the inbuilt programs or Kinomap it's good but if you want to use the treadmill and watch you tube (running videos) or anything else then you cannot see any of the metrics because of where the tablet is situated, also the angle of the console isn't very good if you are short, I have to put a rolled up face flannel behind my tablet for a better viewing angle. All in all a good quiet treadmill but it could have been better. In hindsight maybe I should have bought the sprint 8 as the console angle looks much better.

Really happy with this treadmill. My last a pro form 500cx had lasted me 20 years before I decided to upgrade. This new treadmill in comparison is chalk and cheese. So quiet and a nice level of cushioning for my 70 year old back. The quality of the equipment is solid and appears extremely well made. I can even listen to an audio book through the built in speakers because it is so quiet. I really wish I had upgraded years ago now. I would certainly recommend the JTX-Sprint 7.

Fantastic treadmill. Top quality for at home use - display and controls are limited, but I see this as a positive as it makes it user friendly and removes distraction. By no means does this make the product limited - speed, incline and preset modes are all extensive and would exceed most recreational runners expectations and requirements. Highly recommended.

Great treadmill, spent some time researching and thought this was best middle of the road but fit all needs treadmill. Very sturdy. Nice and smooth with nice clear easy to use controls. 15 inclines and max speed that’s faster than anyone would want it’s going to last a long time.! Greta for those wet or icy days when you’d prefer the dry warm inside to run. It smooth too and at £799 beats paying a fortune for a gym membership. Quick delivery and easy enough set up for 2 people. It is heavy though but that makes it sturdy.
