I am writing to you as CEO of Ju.com to inform you of a very serious situation affecting a group of Spanish investors linked to the JBank product.
I am acting as the representative of several investors who made investments in JBank totaling approximately $500,000 USD. Following these investments, the CMO of JBank unilaterally froze our accounts, preventing us from accessing both team commissions and staking-related funds.
To date, we have not received a clear solution or a satisfactory explanation regarding this situation, which has left us deeply concerned and aggrieved.
