Juan was absolutely exceptional

Juan was absolutely exceptional. He spent over four hours on the phone with me, thoroughly answering my questions and walking me through the wholesaling process with an impressive depth of knowledge. As someone new to the field, I had been searching for genuine guidance and found it difficult to connect with someone willing to provide honest, actionable feedback.

Juan exceeded every expectation. He never once tried to sell me a course or charge for his time, and his willingness to help was truly appreciated. His professionalism, transparency, and expertise set him apart. After that experience, I made it a point to ask how I could retain him for ongoing mentorship. I highly recommend working with him to anyone serious about getting into wholesaling.

Juan is the REAL deal in Wholesaling .... He is AMAZING!

Juan actually teaches you how to think, how to move, and how to operate in this business the right way. He breaks everything down so it makes sense, but at the same time holds you to a standard that forces you to level up.

What really separates him is how real he is. He gives you the truth, the structure, and the accountability you need to actually get results. Any time I had questions or felt stuck, he was there to guide me through it without making me feel lost or behind.

Since working with him, my confidence has completely changed. I’m not second-guessing myself anymore—I’m taking action, understanding deals, and moving with purpose. That shift alone is priceless.

If you’re serious about wholesaling and don’t want to waste time figuring it out on your own and from these FAKE GURUS then reach out to him!

Waste of Money

I signed up for his mentorship program which involved a lot of lecturing and by the time I was able to finally practice what I had learned, which involved texting prospects, he gave me some apps that I used that in the end, you could only send 5 texts per app. So when I told him about it, he just gave me a smart aleck answer which was useless in my pursuit of texting prospects. So this program is not designed for you to succeed. It's designed to fill his pockets with your money.
