Arrived leaking everywhere. No option to explain that without photos, except how do you take photos of a clear liquid?

Fabulous. This perfume smells exactly like the original. unfortunately it does not last or linger as long as the original, but at the price I don't mind re-applying. Takes me right back to my 20's and I am now 73. Miss Dior Originale (1947) this is the only perfume I have ever been able to wear. Thank You xx

Unresolved Issue Regarding Order and Poor Product Quality – GI308 Very Irresistible

I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience with my order from jubileescents.co.uk.

Upon receiving my initial package, I found that one of the fragrances I ordered was missing—specifically, the one I was most looking forward to trying: GI308 - Very Irresistible for Men.

While customer service did eventually send out the missing item after I emailed them, they completely ignored the issue regarding the quality and accuracy of the GI308 scent itself. The product provided smells nothing like the actual Very Irresistible for Men fragrance. Furthermore, when I reached out, I was offered no resolution, such as a refund or an exchange for this unusable item.

Beyond the inaccurate scent profile, the overall quality of the product is extremely poor. Upon the initial spray, the scent is quite strong—which initially seemed promising for longevity—but this is merely an illusion. The fragrance fades almost completely within 30 minutes on both skin and clothing, leaving behind nothing more than a chemical residue before disappearing entirely.

Because I was left with a defective, inaccurate product and received no resolution or offer of a refund from your team, I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank for the GI308 - Very Irresistible for Men item. The remaining fragrances from my order will simply be relegated to use as house sprays, as they are not suitable for personal wear.

Based on this experience with inaccurate scents, poor longevity, and inadequate customer service, I 100% do not recommend Jubilee Scents. In the future, it is far better to simply buy the original fragrances.

Way better than I thought they were going to be. Accurate scents and long lasting! Amazing price too. Delivery was a few days. My 16 year old already stole one of my 3 bottles 😆. I'll be back for more soon. The Envy dupe is particularly spot on.

The men's fragrances are very good, and they last. Some of the fragrances are identical to their more expensive counterparts and in some cases they last a lot longer. Others can be less accurate, but can be treated as beautiful smelling fragrances in their own right. I have a copy of Jazz (1988), which evokes some fond memories - from what I remember, the smell is bang on. The delivery service is good, and you usually receive your product in a few days. Each bottle is reasonably priced, and if you collect fragrances as I do (both original and replica), then you'll be like a kid in a toy shop. They also sell some old discontinued ranges, which I'm extremely pleased about! Great all round service and one of my new favourite online shops! 5*****

I've bought the dewberry perfume from this company. It smells absolutely amazing and just the same as the original perfume. Great company. Very reasonable prices. And swift delivery. Very pleased indeed. Will be buying from this company again. Will definitely try different scents.

Easy to order, quick delivery. After a disappointing experience with a similar company, I was dubious over how these scents would smell. So after learning my lesson, I ordered 6 samples, taking advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free offer. I love them all and they smell just like the real thing. My favourite is Inspired by Angel and Inspired by Les Belles De Ricci, as they were my scents as a young adult. You can’t get Les Belles De Ricci anymore, so I almost cried when I smelt it, as it smells spot on. The other ones I got which I was impressed with were: Inspired by Alien, Good Girl, Flowerbomb. My least favourite is Inspired by Baby Doll, it’s not a bad imitation but not how I remember it. Overall, I’m very very happy, and will get the big bottle of Inspired by Angel and Les Belles De Ricci. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing! I bought Jubilee Scents’ version of Samsara, which was actually the very first perfume I wore as a teenager. I’ve thought about that fragrance so many times over the years, so finding something that smells just like I remember it was such a lovely surprise.

The scent is beautiful and instantly transports me back to my teenage years. I’ve also had so many people commenting on how lovely I smell whenever I wear it!

It’s really special to be able to have a fragrance that holds so many memories for me back in my perfume collection again.

Poor Quality Products and Unfair Return Policies at Jubilee Scents

I recently purchased from Jubilee Scents.

The items I received are severely watered down. While there is a strong initial burst of fragrance right when you first spray it, the scent completely disappears within about 16 minutes, leaving behind absolutely no smell at all. Furthermore, the fragrances smell nothing like what is advertised or claimed on your website.

Compounding this poor product quality, your customer service has proven uncooperative, refusing to cover the cost of return shipping for items that are clearly not as described.

For these reasons, I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to avoid Jubilee Scents. The quality is abysmal and does not deliver on even the most basic expectations of a fragrance.

Furthermore, to fellow consumers dealing with this company's inadequate policies: because the items are not as described and the company refuses to pay for return shipping, the best course of action is to initiate a chargeback with your bank. Provide your bank with the evidence of the misrepresentation and state clearly that the items are available for collection by the merchant. Once the bank processes the chargeback, the company will be forced to either pay for the return shipping or arrange for pickup. If they fail to do so, you are legally within your rights to keep or dispose of the items.
