Poor service

I live in Italy, I placed an order to Judaica some months ago. It came today, no email about tracking was ever sent. I had ordered a mezuzah, a scroll and 2 bendel bracelets claimed to be from Rachel's Tomb. The box I got was a simple cardboard box. The content inside was poorly assambled. The scroll had been placed inside a thin plastic bag, it was open, and not protected at all. I was lucky it didn't get ruined. On the website, the mezuzah was supposed to have a double sided tape included. Mine was placed into a cardboard case, but no tape included. About the bracelets, I got only one, rolled into a simple dark little box. No idea what happened to the other one.
